Our initial inquiries were responded to very quickly. We used their service for airport transfers and getting around to the various sites in Kampala. The cars were clean and they were always pleasant and on time.

If the car and the transfer were correct There are things that don't work The drivers were on time both ways and drove very well. But there is payment you can choose by card or cash and I took the card. On the way out, nothing to say, just one payment, but on the way back, always by card, it seems that it didn't work and so the driver swiped the card twice and didn't want to give me a ticket. and so of course it was debited to me twice.... no way to be reimbursed and this despite emails since January 12 and he responds it's in progress!!!!
