My friend who is Peruvian (I am from Mexico 🇲🇽), she contacted this agency to go from Cusco to Machupicchu, two days and one night staying in Aguascalientes. The tour was really fantastic. What I liked the most is that literally everything is solved, from transportation to the archaeological sites, trains to Aguascalientes, hotel, entrances to the citadel and back to Cusco. We always had good communication with the agency and any questions, we were answered quickly. I would definitely re-engage your services.

Great tour with tour guides. Local tour guides are very knowledgeable and helpful, but the subcontracting agency did poor timeline planning. Our Machu Picchu tour ended at 10 am and end up waiting 7 hours around at the Ollantaytambo for the return train.

We would like to kindly clarify that the return train schedules included in our packages are always arranged at that specific time. The reason for this is to give travelers the opportunity to enjoy and explore the town of Aguas Calientes after visiting Machu Picchu. Upon your arrival in Cusco, our team explained the train schedules, entrance times, and all details of the itinerary. Our staff also monitored your tour and was always available for any request. Please note that an earlier return is possible; however, it requires a change fee charged by the train company, which must be assumed by the traveler. During your visit, we did not receive any request to change your return time. Had we been informed, we would have gladly assisted you with the process. No one works harder or is more service-minded and honest than Mateo. He found and arranged reservations even when the tours I wanted looked sold out. Other "premium" tour companies charge 2 to 3 times as much for a package but won't tell you the real prices. Mateo worked so hard, coordinating with multiple other tour companies to find the best options for my schedule, I only hope he can find some help in scheduling! Wonderful service.

We went to SAMEX Peru through some friends who had had a good experience, and the truth is, good falls short. Mateo, we organized the trip just as we planned. From Spain we told him what we wanted to do and within 48 hours he had it mounted. From the beginning it gave us quiet and a lot of confidence. We stayed 15 days in Peru and everything went perfectly. Punctuality, absolute customization of our tour, flexibility with payments, experienced guides, high quality hotels, virtually individualized transfers... All from 10.
