Overpriced entry when it’s 5 euros onsite- would have been a shorter line to just waited to buy the ticket there

The €5 onsite price refers only to the basic entrance, whereas our product includes the full digital service: advance reservation, guaranteed entry time, ticket delivery, customer support, and platform fees charged by Viator. Many travelers choose this option to avoid sold-out time slots and to secure their visit in advance. We understand some visitors prefer to buy at the door, but our listing is fully transparent about what is included and the total price.
Tickets sold to us for a day of free admission, shame on you. Please refund, should be the right thing to do.
Purchased 4:30pm skip the line entry, only was denied entry. Was told our ticket was NOT the official Pantheon ticket. Called the number and was given the official Pantheon tickets and was asked to come back at 6pm. Due to scheduled itinerary, we had to ditch the Pantheon visit. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
Wouldn’t let me in. They said no more entrance until mass starts . I paid for 4:30 entrance and was denied entry
Thanks for your feedback, we sent you tickets at 4:30 PM but since mass starts , the security of Pantheon ask customers to wait 1 hour to get inside so it's totally out of our hand , however our team will contact you to make you satisfied
