Seu passeio começa na Piazza Navona, uma das praças mais icônicas de Roma, construída no local de um estádio antigo. Famoso por suas impressionantes fontes, atmosfera animada e arquitetura barroca, é também um centro para desfrutar da cultura alimentar romana. A piazza é cercada por cafés e trattorias onde você pode tomar um espresso, desfrutar de um gelato tradicional ou provar pratos clássicos romanos como supli e pizza bianca. É o lugar perfeito para misturar a história com um gosto de sabores locais, exatamente o que este tour é sobre!
Um dos mais importantes palácios da Alta Renascença em Roma e atualmente serve como a embaixada francesa na Itália.

Interesting, entertaining and filling. Robbie has done an awesome job as our tour guide, providing plenty of information about the food we tried and the history behind shops/restaurants and their location. Food was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended.

This was such a fun - and very filling - tour! Rocio, our guide, was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgable, brimming with stories about the streets, piazzas and buildings we passed or visited. And the food, wow! You will NOT leave hungry, in fact, our tour began at 11:00 am and I didn’t think we’d be hungry again till breakfast! From the salumi to the suppli, from the lentils to the pizza and pasta…. The savory dishes were so good. And of course, what Italian food tour would be complete without cannoli and gelato?!? Check and check! We experienced all this while seeing the beauty of Roma around every corner. My entire family and even my 2-yr-old grandson enjoyed every minute! Rocio was the best guide we could have hoped for!

The food was incredible, and it was well spaced out so we never got too full during the experience. Our guide, Massimiliano was very well versed in the local food, and he gave us very helpful guides on how to best experience the food in Rome. We had wine, cheese, meats, pizza, pasta, cannolis, and gelato without any of it being too overwhelming, and there were fun facts about the origins of the food and the monuments we passed between each restaurant. If you want good food from authentic, family-owned places, this is definitely a great way to get it.

He was a fantastic guide, giving deeper historical context for the areas and foods we were experiencing. The selection of foods and wines was well varied, and to quality. The smaller group size was a huge plus; It made it feel more intimate, and have us a chance to bond with everyone. I highly recommend this tour!
