The worst experience I had in Rome. First of all, Rome is not a city you should be riding a bike in. Especially not an electric bike-- I felt so unsafe. Pedestrians and cars kept getting in the bike lanes. Guide knew nothing about the sites. When a member of our group got into an accident trying to swerve away from a pedestrian, the guide seemed to have no clue what to do. She didn't even have a first aid kit on her. The company also didn't offer us helmets, so the group member who crashed hit her head. The rest of the group waited 45 mins on the side of the road for another guide to come continue the tour. When we informed the company we would not be continuing because we felt unsafe without helmets and uncomfortable with the guide, they were extremely rude. I don't recommend wasting your money on this disaster of a company.
We are truly sorry that this experience left you with such a negative impression. Safety is our highest priority. Helmets are offered to every participant before every tour, and participants are free to wear them throughout the experience. Our guides are trained to respond to incidents, and in this case the guide immediately assisted the injured guest, contacted management, and additional support arrived as quickly as possible. Rome is a vibrant and busy city, and our routes are carefully selected to use bike lanes and quieter streets whenever possible. While we cannot control the actions of pedestrians or other road users, our guides always prioritize the group's safety. We appreciate all feedback and continuously work to improve our tours. We sincerely wish you and the injured guest a full recovery and all the best for your future travels.

Samir was the best tour guide ever! Learned alot of history. Pro tip: If you are shorter than 5’2, the e-bikes may be too big for you even at the lowest seat setting. Overall, this bike tour was great.

The beginning of the bike tour was a little tough around Trevi and the Pantheon because of the congestion of pedestrian traffic, but once you get out of that area it really opens up. The guide was very good and knowledge. You cover a lot of ground in the time and the kids will love it. I recommend for a great introduction to Rome and get some valuable insight for the remainder of your trip.

It takes getting used to the e-bike, but it’s worth it. Especially on the hills. Auto and pedestrian traffic was a lot. Our guide got us through it.

Fantastic bike ride round all the sites, guide was great and very knowledgable. Saw parts of Rome we wouldn’t have seen otherwise

vincenzo is the BEST!! he was able to answer all of our questions about the history of rome, and you get to see all of the popular sights in ONE tour!! the biking is a little challenging but they have E-bikes! but it’s slow paced as well, not a race! we both had such a great time and learned so much, i would 100% recommend this to anyone traveling to rome!!
