Roma: ingresso sem fila para o Castelo Sant'Angelo

Its was fun and enjoyable. It was also very educational.

We had booked a tour of Castel Sant'Angelo in Rome We mad our way to the meeting point arriving at the start time of the tour, However there was no sign of the tour guide so consequently missed the tour I would love to submit a complaint but cannot find a complaints form from the web site or emails I had received. So all in all a very poor experience. I would give this a zero star rating but you cant do that! I would very much appreciate a response from Viator but don't suppose this will happen

One of the very few that are self-guided (for a change of pace. Tapestries, history and the view are awesome.

This is our second tour with Crown tours,the first being a disaster. Find the purple shirts,download the app,make sure you bring both phones and headphones.....argh. We were on airplane mode,so no internet. The young lady was very kind and allowed us to use hers.Still not enough info to prep. Frankly I am done with this company not worth the headaches.

If you just want tickets and to see it, this is a good option. It comes with an audio guide which is helpful, you need to download on your phone and remember to bring ear buds. The instructions said to meet at the front entrance, no one was there when we arrived on time, had to call the office and they said the person handing us our paper tickets was on the side of the building, in the shade, it was really hot so understand why they didn't want to stand in the sun at the meeting place but a heads up would have been nice.

Really convenient and relaxing self-guided tour of Castel Sant’Angelo. It is an interesting mix of fortress, prison and residence, and there was a fascinating exhibit of truly ancient artifacts while we visited with items dating back to 7000 BC. Beautiful views of Rome. Very reasonable. One note: my sons are 17 but look older and the staff at the entrance (not tour company) challenged the cost of the tickets for them until we showed their passports to prove they were 17.

I cannot encourage people enough to take the time and see all of this castle. The audio gives so much information and we were so glad to be able to understand what we were experiencing. Be prepared there is walking, upgrade, and stairs. It is worth it we enjoyed thoroughly.

While an amazing walk through history, be prepared for alot of steps. The tour itself was an amazing time. We were able to take our time and see everything.

The Castel is a great activity to do before or after St Peter’s Basilica due to the location. There is a beautiful bar with a great view of the city at the top to have a refreshing drink. My only two recommendations is that the ticket is not ‘valid’ until you arrive at the meeting point which was not at the specified location causing some stress to need to call and find the guide. They were aware of the error but it needs to be fixed. I would probably not recommend needing to pay for “skip the queue” at this location as the lines are short and it’s well staffed. A regular pass could save you some $

Skip the line tickets were a great option. The tour agent that provided our tickets on site was incredibly helpful providing informative instructions, and even gave us access to her hotspot to enable quick download of the audio guide. Note: Check the voucher for instructions where to meet guide for tickets since that info did conflict with email instructions.
