We had an amazing afternoon with Federica at the Pasta Making Class. She is a wonderful teacher who provided us all with the skills and recipes to make delicious pasta at home. All while keeping us entertained with her hilarious sense of humor!
The Pasta Cooking class was great fun. Everything was delicious and we hope we can recreate the recipes at home. We were given a digital copy of the recipes, so fingers crossed! Highly recommend!
Shelia was absolutely AMAZING! Excellent teacher and coach - she is very patient. I highly recommend the classes. We took pizza and gelato class with our newly minted 12 year old. She enjoyed every bite of his homemade pizza and gelato. My wife and I enjoyed the wine - red and white.
Daniela was wonderful and incredibly informative on everything about Pompeii. She was able to direct our path through the ruins in an efficient manner that maximized our two hour private tour.

One of the highlights of our trip! Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at the pasta-making class with Towns of Italy. It was easily one of the most memorable experiences of our vacation. Our instructor was engaging, funny, and incredibly entertaining, making the entire three-hour class feel like it flew by. They did an amazing job keeping both the adults and the kids involved, creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable learning. We learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch, picked up some great tips that we'll actually use at home, and enjoyed every minute of the experience. If you're traveling with children or simply looking for an authentic, hands-on activity, I highly recommend this class. It's the perfect combination of learning, laughter, delicious food, and great memories. Thank you to the Towns of Italy team for such a fantastic experience—we'd do it again in a heartbeat!
