Really fun excursion! We have zip lined in several places and this was the best. Our 2 guides Easton and Ashley were fantastic.
Lexi and Lyndsay were excellent making it fun and comfortable explaining everything as we went along the course. Great exhilarating experience!!
Very beautiful views and fun zip lines!! Saw many eagles and a bear. Guides are super kind and experienced, made me + my party feel very welcomed and comfortable :)
Ashley and Easton were excellent guides. Safety first and always. Lots of laughter and fun. Funnnnnnnnn
Aiden and Lisa did a great job making sure everyone both felt secure and had fun, good vibes all around . So some bears in the forest under us, which was just a nice bonus.
June 30 2026 My friends and I went on the zipping tour. We are working at the Mill ward cove for the summer. It was so fun! We absolutely enjoyed it and loved our tour guides Sidney and Ashley. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, funny, caring and supportive. Sidney and Ashley constantly kept the energy high, made sure we were safe and most importantly having a fun, time, and made the experience one we won’t ever forget. Having Sidney and Ashely as tour guides makes the experience a 100 times better. Sidney and Ashley you are both amazing and funny people.
The guides were AMAZING. I was very nervous about doing it to begin with but they made me feel very comfortable and safe. They also had fun jokes and amazing camaraderie with each other.
From start to finish this was such a beautiful and fun course, and we even saw eagles! My husband (a 1st timer at 72 y.o.) and I enjoyed our time with guides Tori & Julian. They were friendly, encouraging, informative, professional, and ensured that we were always hooked to a line for safety and ultimate peace of mind. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Ketchikan!
Awesome experience and Tori and Julian were amazing. They made all of us comfortable....even the nervous ones.
Zach and Maya were awesome! They made us feel very safe and shared lots of information about the course, themselves, and Ketchikan. They constantly explained what was happening, what we were doing, and checked our gear multiple times throughout to ensure we were all safe. Our group was 9 people total (we were a party of 2 paired up with two groups of 3 and a local) with ages ranging from 12 to ~65. We were able to start and finish the course within 2 hours. One of the group members was very nervous about the course but still felt safe throughout and was able to complete the full course. Another group that had left before us had a member decide they didn't want to participate and staff were able to safely remove them from the course before the first zipline. They didn't make her feel bad or belittle her, simply had staff walk with her back to the gear room which was nice. We were too early for bear season but we did see a few eagles flying above us during the course. The gift shop also had lots of great items to choose from as well as a cafe and clean restrooms. The transportation from the port to the course and vice versa was quick and easy.
