Daniel was outstanding. Excellent English and impressive knowledge of all things about Panama. He enabled us to visit the major highlights of Panama in his very nice and comfortable vehicle. All six of us fit perfectly and we had a great time. Highly recommend!
The tour was amazing! Our tour guide Adolfo was phenomenal — he's a local to the area and shared so much about the history of Panama, giving us great context throughout. He was respectful, punctual, and personable. It felt like we were catching up with an old friend. I would highly recommend touring with Adolfo when in Panama City! 10/10
We only had a day to see some of the highlights of Panama City, so we opted for a private tour. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the city and the attractions we visited and we enjoyed his company.

Daniel was an awesome tour guide. He was very attentive and well versed in the history of the Panama Canal as well as the history of Panama. We saw things that we would not have known existed should we have gone on our own. I highly recommend the tour.
I could not be happier with my tour and escort Daniel Guzman. He asked questions to see where our interests were and then made out to fit both our interests and time limitations. He is interesting and knowledgeable… he answered all our questions and had a wealth of information. He spoke flawless English and made us feel very welcome in Panama Excellent!
I have used Viator in many cities to great results but this was horrible. Car was filthy and had an empty beer can in back seat. Driver had limited knowledge except an unbalanced emphasis on what happened during the death of the Martyrs (whom he called heroes) and made it sound like students were shot for carrying a flag…. Far more complicated. He returned to that subject 5 times and no tour of beautiful old city or impact of Panama as part of Colombia till start of 30th century. It was bad. Overpriced and bad. And then Viator refused a refund.

Regarding your concerns about the vehicle's cleanliness, we maintain high standards for our tours, and we take these comments seriously. However, we have no record of any issues with the vehicle during your tour. We encourage all guests to bring any concerns to our attention during the experience so we can address them promptly. Lastly, our tours are designed to reflect the itinerary described on Viator. The landmarks and narratives included align with the advertised experience, and we are always open to guest feedback to improve further. Your tour was delivered in full, a refund was not viable.
Driver, Erick, was exceptional and did a phenomenal job. However, there was no "luxury" component to the vehicle we were picked up in. It was a Hyundai mini van. A vehicle any tour company would offer at likely a non-luxury vehicle tour price. Erick did a phenomenal job explaining, giving us a tour and was very personable. We enjoyed the tour component!
