The best one in panama the guid and people of trip was perfect, kind and helpful
That was awesome the guid and other people of the tribe were kind and helpful and the lunch was delicious
This tour was easily the highlight of our visit to Panama. Every part of the day was seamless, from the pickup in Panama City to our market stop for supplies and the canoe ride through Chagres National Park. A special thanks to our tour guide, Julio, who made the entire excursion effortless and deeply meaningful. His knowledge of Panamanian culture and history is remarkable. He explained so much about the country with warmth and passion, ensuring that our group was comfortable, informed, and engaged at every step. The visit to the Emberá village was an absolute must see. It was truly a humbling, heart warming experience to be welcomed with such hospitality, music, and traditional dances. Experiencing their community firsthand and learning about their customs was genuine and unforgettable. Special thanks go to Julio and his village assistant, Octavio, for their outstanding care and kindness throughout our time on the river and in the village. Octavio was wonderful, and together they created an authentic experience that we will never forget. I cannot recommend this excursion enough!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was an incredible experience from start to finish! Our guide, Kareem, was fantastic. He took the time to get to know everyone on the tour and genuinely connected with his passengers. He was personable, funny, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. The canoe ride through the Chagres River was absolutely breathtaking; it felt like something straight out of Jurassic Park! The scenery was so peaceful and serene, and then arriving at the Embera village was such a unique and special experience. The tribe was very welcoming, and we loved learning about their culture and way of life. The food was also delicious, especially the chicken and fresh fruit! We got caught in the rain on the canoe ride back, but we never felt unsafe. Honestly, the rain just added to the adventure and made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Kareem as your guide. A truly unforgettable day!
Fun day, the walk to the waterfall was demanding and muddy due to recent weather but it bonded us all. The tribal village visit was good. I had concerns about this sort of tourism but it was a two way thing and not patronising. Orlando our guide explained things well and created a good atmosphere. Got soaked to the skin in the rain but everyone was laughing.
It was a once and a lifetime experience. Our tour guide was amazing and very friendly. 10/10 experience all around.
Everything was awesome. My tour guide was Orlando. He communicated well with the pick up time, and with what to bring the day of tour. I definitely recommend the Embera village. The welcomed us. It’s definitely an experience you should try. The Embera village guys are so sweet. They had helped me to the waterfalls. I’m definitely gonna book again when I come back to Panama.
I have had a wonderful experience, my tour guide was Orlando. The lunch that was provided by the indigenous community was honestly the best food I had during my entire stay in Panama. The hike to the waterfall is not to far and you can take a nice refreshing swim. The day went really quickly, I personally would have loved to have a bit more time with the indigenous community and explore there village a bit more. Overall I definitely would recommend this tour.
Rosita gave us a wonderful tour where we were able to learn a lot about the Emberá community; it was a super pleasant experience and wonderful company, 100 percent recommended!
Incredible experience, and even more so with our guide Rosita; we made a friend. I recommend it to everyone, an experience that touches the soul.
