O fascínio e a pérola da Armênia montanhosa é o Lago Sevan, que é um dos maiores lagos de água doce do mundo. É cerca de 1900 m acima do nível do mar. O lago é de origem vulcânica e é cercado por montanhas de 3000 me higer. A bela paisagem e a água cristalina servem boas condições para um excelente descanso. O lago também é famoso por sua península e complexo da igreja medieval construído em 874.
Uma cena maravilhosa se abre na parte noroeste do lago Sevan, onde a península se eleva sobre a superfície transparente do lago. O mosteiro de Sevanavank foi construído na península em 874 pela ordem da princesa Mariam, filha do rei Ashot Bagratuni. A silhueta das igrejas contra o fundo do lago turquesa e do céu azul lança uma impressão inexplicável sobre os visitantes.

It was a light trip, which fitted our needs for the last day of our Armenian experience. The lake is beautiful.
I am choosing Huyr Service for 3 years and glad that quality is the best and haven't changed along this period. This time I took a tour to Sevan (3rd time). Thanks to our driver Khachatur we got here fast and have enough time to visit all the places. And our professional guide Akop made the journey educational and fun!

We had a wonderful day exploring Armenia with Tamara as our tour guide and Karen as our driver. Both were in a great mood throughout the trip, incredibly helpful, attentive, and always eager to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. The highlights of the tour were beautiful Lake Sevan, the impressive monasteries, and the delicious cheese tasting. Everything was well organized, and Tamara shared interesting information and stories along the way, making the journey even more enjoyable. A special touch was the perfectly timed cognac tasting, which added a fun and memorable moment to the day. Many thanks to Tamara and Karen for their professionalism, kindness, and positive energy. We had a fantastic half day tour to lake Sevan, ou driver Jova was very patiently and picked us even a bit earlier at the hotel. The bus was new and very comfortable, this is important for a family. I recommend them!
