O templo de Garni, que se estende sobre uma capa triangular, é o exemplo único sobrevivente da cultura pagã na Armênia. É uma mistura de estilos greco-romanos e armênios. O rei Trdat I ordenou a construção do templo no primeiro século dC e dedicou-o ao Deus do Sol. Depois de adotar o cristianismo em 301, o templo pagão perdeu seu significado e a fortaleza de Garni tornou-se a residência de verão dos reis. Hoje em dia, as ruínas do palácio real e o banheiro com um impressionante trabalho de mosaico podem ser encontrados perto do templo.
O mosteiro de Geghard é a obra-prima insuperável da arquitetura armênia do século 13. Algumas das igrejas do complexo são mestresamente escavadas em uma rocha enorme. Desde o início o complexo foi chamado Ayrivank (monastério da caverna), mais tarde foi renomeado Geghard (lança) como a lança, usada pelo soldado romano para apertar o lado de Jesus Cristo, tinha sido mantido neste mosteiro por muitos séculos. O mosteiro de Sevanavank foi construído na península em 874 por ordem da princesa Mariam, filha do rei Ashot Bagratuni. We booked a day trip courtesy of Hyur service. The experience was great: from the ease of booking, communication and the services provided. But the most pleasant surprise was our guide Gayane. In May 2026 we were in Yerevan, we were advised by this agency, there booked an individual tour and remained absolutely delighted!!! There were three of us, so we were picked up from the hotel on the Camry Toyota in excellent condition (clean car). Guide Jasmine told us interesting facts about Armenia, Armenian culture and life throughout the 7-8 hours, immersed us in the history of sights, and answered our questions. A very erudite and pleasant young girl. Driver Gregory also told many interesting and educational stories. After a whole day together in the same car, it seemed like we'd known each other for years! Jasmine and Gregory, thank you very much for this day, for your communication and openness ☺️ The only thing - not very lucky with the weather in Sevan (but you have to be prepared for this just in case, so warm things there will definitely not be excessive) We also recommend this agency for its excellent organization and logistics (helped to plan a customized itinerary and added another location (extra charge))

We thank our guide Akob, driver Spartacus and manager Anna for the clear organization of the program, we had a tour for several days, 3 full tour days. Initially we were given an interesting route, and it was perfectly organized. The guide gave an interesting and detailed account of the history of Armenia and interesting facts about the places we visited. Found common ground with all the members of our international group. Fishing was also organized on Lake Sevan.
