We are sorry that some parts of the tour did not fully meet your expectations. Our team always works hard to provide a well organized itinerary, attentive guidance, comfortable transportation, and an enjoyable overall experience. However, the museum’s content and operation are managed entirely by the museum and are therefore outside our control. Regarding the boat ride, the lively and festive atmosphere is an essential part of the authentic Xochimilco experience. Music, celebrations, families, friends, and colorful trajineras are all part of the local culture. Our goal is precisely to help our guests enjoy that traditional Mexican atmosphere and experience the destination as it truly is. We understand that this type of environment may not appeal to everyone, and we are sorry that it was not what you expected. Nevertheless, we sincerely appreciate your honest feedback and are glad that Patto and Jesús made a positive impression on your visit.
