Our driver Bryan was amazing!!! He was on time , quick and courteous. Bryan got us to the airport safely and he had a great personality. The best ever!!!

Make sure that the driver will take you where you want to go ! He wouldn’t take us to our Motel , we had to get a cab !! I reported this event to the office ! He took us to Best Western but not our motel , he was rude and didn’t seem to care , just dropped us off !

Communication was excellent once we arrived back to Miami port to arrange pick up spot and time to travel to MIA airport.
Terrible! I booked this service specifically to have a car seat for my two year old and made sure it was known that I NEED a car seat. The driver showed up (late) without a car seat. This isn’t a “nice to have” it’s a safety and legal requirement for my child. I would have been better off requesting an uber and it would have been cheaper. Honestly, I should get a full refund.

This is the way to catch a ride too and from the cruise line. The vehicle was nice, the driver communicated the day prior, and everything within the driver’s control was top notch.
