Depois de buscá-lo, nossa parada inicial no Golden Circle Tour é o Iceland Hot Springs Park, em Hveragerði. Uma breve viagem o levará ao Gêiser Eilífur, que entra em erupção a cada 15-20 minutos. Passeie pelas trilhas do parque, cercado por fontes termais borbulhantes que destacam as maravilhas geotérmicas da Islândia. Saboreie o hverabrauð, um pão doce assado com calor geotérmico na padaria local. Dentro da estufa, testemunhe as bananeiras prosperando neste cenário geotérmico único.

Em dias ensolarados, isso significa que também haverá exibições constantes de arco-íris brilhantes.
A próxima parada da sua excursão ao Círculo Dourado é Geysir, o destaque da área geotérmica de Haukadalur. Borbulhando com atividades de “fontes termais”, este é o lugar que deu nome aos gêiseres de todo o mundo. Lá você pode admirar Strokkur - um gêiser ativo que entra em erupção a cada 10-15 minutos.
O Parque Nacional Thingvellir é um lugar onde você verá o espetáculo surpreendente de placas continentais se despedaçando. Aqui você pode ficar com um pé na América e o outro na Europa, em ambos os lados da Dorsal Mesoatlântica. Thingvellir é um lugar de grande significado histórico e cultural para os islandeses. No final do dia, o ônibus seguirá em direção aos fiordes das baleias, levando você às fontes termais de Hvammsvik. Aqui, você pode mergulhar na combinação perfeita de água geotérmica de 1.400 metros abaixo da superfície e água do mar do vizinho Oceano Atlântico. Only reason for the 4 was the bus. My husband is a tall and large man, making the day on the bus cramped and uncomfortable. Guide was informative, entertaining and great sense of humour. Sights were beautiful and the spa was amazing.
Absolute 5-star experience! If you are coming to Iceland, booking the Golden Circle tour is a must, but if you want it to be truly magical, pray that you get Elias as your guide! From the very first moment, Elias brought such an incredible, warm energy to the group. He isn't just a guide who recites facts; he is a masterful storyteller with a fantastic sense of humor and a deep, genuine passion for his country. Thanks to him, we didn't just see the breathtaking sights of Thingvellir, the roaring Gullfoss waterfall, and the exploding geysers—we truly felt the spirit of Iceland. Elias knew all the best viewing spots, shared fascinating local lore, and even gave us some brilliant insider tips that made the day extra special. Absolute highlight of our trip to Iceland!! Everything was well planned, and the hotel was a pleasant surprise with a nearby food hall. Our guide, Lori, went out of the way to ensure we knew where to see the best views and even helped us find a puffin!! I wish we would have stayed with the same group for the 2 day tour, but having Lori both days made it worth it!! Highly recommend! Small group was perfect!!

The golden circle was spectacular, even when driving between stops just staring out of the window was awe inspiring, but our favourite part was seeing where the Thingvellir nation park (Bloody Gate for GOT fans). Worth it just to stand between two continents with amazing views. The whole trip was made even more enjoyable wby our guide Bear who provide a lot of interesting facts as well as some sagas and a nice bit of dry humour. We would definitely recommend. Absolutely amazing & must do tour! We chose the Hvammsvik Hot Spring over the Blue / Sky lagoon as it provides a more natural experience in the Whale Fjord & we were lucky enough to get a double rainbow. It's everything you want & more... You won't regret it.

Fabulous tour today! We stoped to see Icelandic horses and shared so much great information everywhere we went. He was a wonderful and caring driver for our small group and made sure to answer all of our questions. The best part was finishing the tour at the spectacular hot springs!
