O Monumento da Independência em Phnom Penh, capital do Camboja, foi construído em 1958 para comemorar a independência do Camboja da França em 1953. Fica no cruzamento da Norodom Boulevard e da Sihanouk Boulevard no centro da cidade.
O Palácio Real, em Phnom Penh, Camboja, é um complexo de edifícios que serve como residência real do rei do Camboja. Seu nome completo no idioma Khmer é Preah Barum Reachea Veang Chaktomuk Serei Mongkol.
Wat Phnom é um templo budista localizado em Phnom Penh, Camboja. Foi construído em 1372 e fica 27 metros acima do solo. É a estrutura religiosa mais alta da cidade. O pagode recebeu o nome de Wat Preah Chedey Borapaut. Wat Phnom é o ponto central de Phnom Penh.
O Pagode de Prata está localizado no lado sul do Palácio Real, Phnom Penh. O nome oficial é Wat Ubaosoth Ratanaram, conhecido como Wat Preah Keo Morakot, que geralmente é encurtado para Wat Preah Keo em Khmer. O vihara abriga muitos tesouros nacionais, incluindo muitas estátuas de Buda em ouro e jóias.
O Mercado Central, é um grande mercado construído em 1937 na forma de uma cúpula com quatro braços se ramificando em vastos corredores com inúmeras barracas de mercadorias. Inicial desenhada por Jean Desbois. As obras foram supervisionadas pelo arquiteto francês Louis Chauchon e pela entrada Wladimir Kandaouroff.

I had a great time on the Half-Day Phnom Penh City Tour and would absolutely recommend it. My tour guide, Kakada, was fantastic. His English was excellent, he had a great sense of humor, and he was genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. He made the tour both informative and enjoyable, and did a great job explaining Cambodia’s culture as well as its complicated and emotional history. The driver was also great, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The only constructive feedback I’d share is about the tour information itself, and this isn’t a reflection on my guide at all. It wasn’t totally clear in the description that you’re supposed to choose between a cultural-themed tour or a genocide-themed tour, since the itinerary seems to list all sites together but in other places it says you need to choose between the two option. That said, Kakada was very flexible and let me choose a mix of both, and I was able to pick four attractions, which worked out perfectly. There was also a small pickup confusion. The Viator listing said there were only two pickup points, so I took a Grab to one of the hotels, but later found out hotel pickup and drop-off was actually possible. Again, not a big deal, and more of a clarity issue on the tour company’s side than anything else. Overall, this was a really informative and enjoyable tour. Kakada and the driver did an excellent job showing me Phnom Penh, its culture, and its history. Highly recommended!
