Very fun and thrilling. Checking in was easy and we got straight to the boat ride. Wish the ride was slightly longer but still a great time

Ride was slow, not a thrilling experience. The jet ski pulling the banana boat needs more speed. Unfortunately, the banana boat was different than in the picture. It felt like I was in a canoe rather than a banana boat. Would recommend with small kids but over 7, it’s kind of a yawn for them.

Ride was fun, captain was cool. Ladies at the check-in were rude and placed more importance on parasailing customers than on the boat customers.

Omg!! This ride was fun , but you must have great arm strength because you gotta hold on real tight 🤣🤣. Make sure you wear goggles because that salt water will burn the heck out of your eyes.

Our trip was canceled on a gorgeous day But it was a 9:30 am trip that was the only time open for days and we only had 3 people to send so they canceled Sadly that was the big thing they wanted to do on our vacation So we were able to send them parasailing instead

The ride was just awesome! We did it with my 7yo daughter, and we absolutely loved it!!! Carson, the rider, did an amazing job making this experience so memorable and fun! The best part was DOLPHINS!!! They were following the boat and were jumping just around us - this is absolutely amazing!!! Def recommend!

My teens and their friends had fun for the actual ride however, a few elements were very disappointing. For one, the website says a 15 minute ride. Our experience was 9-10 minutes from load up to hopping off the banana boat. Also for the amount of personality and involvement of the staff, I would hold off on wasting money for a good tip ahead of time because it was completely undeserved. They looked so bothered and barely spoke. All this being said, they did enjoy the ride but the overall experience should be way better.

I highly recommend Captain Carson he was so fun and our entire family had a blast!!! He accommodated to all ages and made the ride memorable!!

Captain JJ was amazing!!!! So much fun and even stopped to take a picture for us. Let us go whatever speed we wanted. We had such a good experience!

The experience was awesome and so was the captain!! He was fun, paid attention to us and our needs/wants the entire time. Really sped off so fast as soon as we thumbs up 😂 We got to see a small group of dolphins swimming up close while doing the banana boat!!! Was so cool. I appreciate the captain and I believe his name was something Jayjay..
