This was our first time but it was an easy and fun experience. My son in law was our "Captain"and he did a great job! We were nervous at first but once we got going it was smooth sailing. We spent a half day ( 4 hours) at Crab Island. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. My daughter and son in law caught a pretty big catfish. We will definitely do this again on our next visit. I highly recommend!
The process was quick and seamless, although we would like to have known about the $600 hold &/or additional $69 insurance in advance versus day of at check in. Everybody was very nice, the equipment was in great shape and we thoroughly enjoyed Crab Island and the surrounding smaller islands and beaches. We can't wait to return!!!
After going back and forth with different options my husband and I decided to rent a pontoon boat ourselves for the afternoon. There is parking on site which is convenient. We noticed other places did not have parking so you would have to add another expense by ubering. The check in process was easy and the guys on the dock were attentive and helpful. We headed over to Crab Island first. It was relaxing and even with all the other boats it was still very enjoyable. Surprisingly there was a lot of food options. After a couple hours we decided to just drive along the coast line. We brought our own cooler, canned beverages, and food items. The check in spot does sell ice and other beverages in case you forget.
This was our first time out on the water as a family. They made it such a breeze, and we had an amazing time! Front desk staff and deck crew were very helpful.
4 hours was just the right amount of time. We got to go to crab island and explore a lot. It was great!
This company was fantastic from start to finish. The check-in process was incredibly fast, it took less than five minutes. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The young gentleman who explained how to operate the pontoon was knowledgeable, polite, and very kind. He made sure we felt comfortable and confident before heading out on the water. We visit Destin a couple of times a year and have rented from other local companies in the past, but after this experience, we’ll only be using this company going forward. The customer service was outstanding, and they made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Great ppl to rent from. They we nice friemdly and very helpful with everything. They expalined the boat and mad it easy.
Had an awesome time… everyone was patient friendly and helpful… Odin was great, very knowledgeable of the water and weather as well as helpful and friendly…
Had a blast would definitely do again
We had a great time and the time flew bye! I would recommend the 8 hour vs the 4. It took about 30 min to get there and 30 to get back so you only have 3 hours at crab island.
