Driver was early, very engaging and worked with all of our large cruise ship bags. Very nice and safe driving and delivered us right to the front door of the cruise ship terminal.

Cancelled by the company at the last minute. They said it was confirmed, then canceled the night before.. It was cheaper to order a Taxi to the port

On time, friendly, came inside hotel with name sign which helped us know he was our shuttle driver. Easy to book on Viator. Confirmation received at time of booking and 2 days before pick up.
