⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing Osaka Castle tour with Kaz! She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the history of the castle in a very clear and engaging way. Her English was excellent, and she answered all of our questions with patience and enthusiasm. She was also very kind and friendly with my children. They really enjoyed the tour, and she made them feel welcome throughout the experience. My son was especially interested in the castle’s history, and Kaz encouraged his curiosity, which made the tour even more memorable. I also have a health condition, and Kaz was extremely understanding and accommodating. She made sure we could use the elevator whenever needed and was very supportive throughout the tour. We truly appreciated her kindness and consideration. Thank you, Kaz, for making our visit to Osaka Castle such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Osaka!
Yuta was great!, provided historical detail, was funny, and the tour overall provided helpful background about Osaka castle and its construction. As there is not much signage in English, Yuta’s explanations at each stop helped us appreciate the castle. Was surprised other groups members did not tip the guide, as this may be a “free” tour, but the expectation is to tip, especially since the tour buys each person a 1200 yen ticket to the tower and museum.

“Visiting Osaka Castle was a long-time dream, and finally being there was incredible. Our guide, Saya, was fantastic—her English was excellent, and she answered every question thoroughly. The tour covered all the key points I’d hoped for, and it was an experience I’ll remember for years to come!

We loved our tour of the Osaka Castle and grounds with Yuta. Very knowledgeable and helped with easy ways to remember tiny details along the tour. We asked a lot of questions and Yuta had all the answers we threw at him. If you want a funny, engaging guide who knows all about Osaka Castle and other topics in Japan, ask for Yuta.
