Em Hautvillers, aldeia chamada “Berço do Champagne”, visita guiada à igreja de Dom Pérignon e à vinha. Faça uma pausa no mais belo mirante de Champagne, no coração do vinhedo, com explicações sobre o manejo da viticultura. Visita aos locais de produção de duas famílias de produtores/cultivadores independentes, seguida de degustações comentadas de uma seleção de 6 Champagnes Grand Cru/Premier Cru, bem como dos álcoois e aperitivos essenciais de Champagne durante degustações adicionais. Em Hautvillers, vila chamada “Berço de Champagne”, desfrute de um passeio privado pela Igreja onde está o túmulo de Dom Pérignon, conhecido como o pai espiritual de Champagne. Contaremos a história dele e você finalmente saberá se ele é ou não o inventor do Champagne!
Em Hautvillers, também faremos uma parada nas encostas históricas de Champagne, tombadas como Patrimônio Mundial pela Unesco, para desfrutar do mais magnífico panorama de Champagne com vista para o Vale do Marne, local onde Dom Pérignon realizou suas experiências em vinificação. É o local ideal no coração dos vinhedos para tirar fotos inesquecíveis de você e desta paisagem deslumbrante. Visitaremos a primeira das 2 famílias de produtores/cultivadores independentes que irá descobrir durante o seu passeio com explicações sobre o processo de elaboração do Champagne, visita aos lagares, adegas e caves. Você degustará ali, durante uma degustação comentada, 3 champanhes GrandCru/Premier Cru diferentes*. *dependendo da época e disponibilidade, esta visita/degustação poderá realizar-se numa aldeia da "Côte des Blancs" ou em Aÿ-Champagne.
Durante o seu passeio de descoberta na "Côte des Blancs", passaremos por Cramant, uma das famosas aldeias Grand Cru localizada ao sul de Epernay. Esta área em Champagne é chamada de "Reino do Grand Cru Chardonnay". Passaremos também por outras aldeias famosas como Chouilly e Avize, em frente à maior fábrica de garrafas de champanhe e perto do famoso "Chateau de Saran", a propriedade ultraprivada onde o luxuoso grupo LVMH (dono da Moët & Chandon, Dom Pérignon , Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, Krug...) recebe os seus maiores clientes e VIPs, bem como o "site Montaigu" dedicado à produção de champanhe da Moët & Chandon.
Oger é outra vila renomada de Grand Cru na "Côte des Blancs" com o famoso "Blanc de Blancs" 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru. É aqui que visitaremos uma das 2 famílias de produtores/cultores independentes do passeio com outras explicações sobre o processo de elaboração do Champagne, visita aos lagares, adegas e caves. Irá provar 3 Champanhes 100% Grand Cru com conselhos de degustação para descobrir os diferentes "Blanc de Blancs" como Champanhe natural sem dosagem, extra brut, de vinhas velhas, vintage ou mesmo envelhecido em barricas de carvalho.
Atravessaremos em Epernay, a capital da vinha de Champagne, a "Avenida de Champagne", um local imperdível de Champagne, Patrimônio Mundial da UNESCO. É considerada “a avenida mais cara do mundo” com as suas prestigiadas casas de champanhe, as suas mansões e os seus 100 quilómetros de caves que escondem 200 milhões de garrafas. Está prevista uma passagem comentada para explicar a história de suas soberbas mansões e edifícios de produção pertencentes durante séculos às Casas de Champagne como Moët & Chandon, Perrier Jouët, Pol Roger, etc.

Outstanding, educational and fun tour.... we learned about the nomenclature, process, denominations, and history of champagne with a fun local guide. The two tastings offered novel small production vineyards with s broad array of different champagne. Highly recommend.

Really great experience on a private tour. Our guide Isabelle was really knowledgeable and shared her passion for the region with us as she took us around. Fantastic luck with Philippe! His local knowledge as well as champagne skills were really appreciated by everyone in the group as much as his mood. The hours just flew by and we might as well have continued all evening :) During the tour we stopped for tasting at Jean Milan and Voirin-Jumel. We also visited Dom Perignon church and finished on a hill where we enjoyed the view as well as Philippe's surprises in the form of Ratafia and other drinks.

We highly recommend this champagne tour. The host Marine was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The tour tells you everything you need to know about champagne and the region. The degustation was excellent and from small champagne producers, which is lovely. We got picked up from the hotel and driven back where we asked. It is totally worth doing. 🍾👍🏼😊
