After a long flight, we didn’t have the energy for a full city tour. Ryo was warm and welcoming, and gave us helpful tips about Japanese etiquette and transportation. My kids asked questions and Ryo made them feel included! Ryo arigato!

This was the perfect introduction to Japan. The guide met us near our hotel and showed us around the neighborhood, explaining everyday manners and local customs in a fun way. It didn’t take much time, which was great since we were still jet-lagged. So convenient and friendly!

I enjoyed this tour with my family. However, we experienced an unfortunate situation. Our original flight to Japan was scheduled to arrive at 3:50 PM, and I had booked this tour for the same day at 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled, and we were rebooked for the following day. When I contacted the tour operator, I was informed that a refund could not be issued. I requested to reschedule for the next day but was told that was not possible and that I would need to rebook entirely. As this was my first visit to Japan, I found it challenging to navigate the subway system. In order to make the most of the experience, I ended up rebooking. Despite the initial difficulties, our tour guide, Ryo, was excellent and made the tour worthwhile.
