The cruise was very well organised from the beginning to the end. Our guide was very informative and interesting. Once we had done the two gorges, we were welcomed onto the dinner boat with sparkling wine. We then watched the sun set while enjoying drinks and a beautiful dinner all prepared on board the boat. I can highly recommend this cruise as a great way to see the gorges and sunset while having a beautiful dinner.

This was a fantastic trip to do. The boat ride was very informative and dinner was surprisingly good. Everything was first class.

Brilliant trip. Very knowledgeable guides. Beautiful scenery cruising the gorge at sunset. Good meal, but a touch expensive on the drinks. Take a torch as when you depart the boat you are left to your devices and lighting in the area is poor.

We had a lovely evening. Our Guide was informative, friendly, obliging and very knowledgeable. The food was delicious and drinks were very reasonably priced. We’d already decided after booking that we’d look for Taxi/Uber options and that this was the responsible choice. My husband had two beers, I had two wines. Not an extravagant amount of alcohol but enough that we wouldn’t have been comfortable driving home. Unfortunately Nitmiluk Tours do not offer any type of transportation from Katherine. Subsequently I had to book a Taxi… to the cost of $205 return for myself and my husband. Making our evening a very expensive experience. This does make me a bit hesitant to recommend the Evening Cruise. Possibly better to do a day cruise and return to Katherine for a nice glass of wine.

Fabulous. This sunset 3 course dinner cruise was amazing. Ben our captain was so informative and interesting I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Saw 2 crocodiles and the walk was so amazing and very easy. The dinner and staff not to mention our chef were all so happy and lovely I would definitely recommend this. Thank you for my experience I will remember forever fondly

A lovely and relaxing cruise with a great guide providing insightful information and commentary. The dinner was fantastic with generous portions and wonderful surprises such as starting plates, complimentary drink and gourmet food. The cruise did involve getting off the initial cruise and walking for around 400 metres to another boat due to natural barriers in the gorge so some of the elderly who had walking difficulties stayed back. There was limited wildlife but the main attractions are the sandstone cliffs and ridges. A great experience

You won’t know what you’re missing if you don’t do this sunset dinner cruise. Absolutely stunning views, an awesome tour guide with wonderful information, hilarious commentary which also included some really bad dad jokes. We did have a little trouble locating the parking area but still made it with plenty of time to spare. I’m recovering from a bad ankle injury and the walk between gorges is very easy to complete. The meal was delicious and equivalent to a five star restaurant so you will not be disappointed, the chef is top shelf, staff are professional and the scenery is stunning. Don’t forget to take photos of the sunset and look for the catfish swimming beside the boat during dinner service. We were fortunate to meet a lovely couple at the same table and hope to catch up again on our travels.

Unbelievable 3.5 hours . Very real organised, food was delicious staff were very accommodating . I can’t wait to visit again .

Fantastic boat guide with excellent commentary on gorge cruise. Meals were tasty if on the small side, excellent table service and reasonable drink prices. Amazing scenery and highly recommended experience.
