Seu guia pessoal encontrará você no ponto de ônibus público localizado em Alpseestraße 2, Schwangau, 87645. Depois, se o ônibus de transporte estiver funcionando, iremos juntos até a Marienbrücke (Ponte de Maria) para tirar fotos impressionantes com vista para o Castelo de Neuschwanstein. Augi was amazing. He met us at the bus, and led us through each leg of our tour carefully and with a lot of knowledge! He was very friendly and helpful, and recognized when the path was too strenuous for us. He told us where we could wait to rest and rejoin easily. Augi made a personal connection with everyone on the tour and I was very pleased. It was so nice to not worry about time deadlines or where to enter. I would fully recommend this tour!

A must-have for the castle! Thanks to the saved waiting time (given the international crowds) and the great guide, we really felt like we could fully experience the castle.
It was a really great tour, all organized the ticket for Neuschwanstein was included and the tour guide Augin was amazing really knowledgeable he knows everything really GREAT. Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic experience. Our tour guide, Augin, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He met us at the bus stop as mentioned in the getyourguide description. My family of 5 were the only people who booked the tour but Augin still gave us the tour instead of canceling it. He sat by us on the shuttle and gave us some great facts about the castle and surrounding area. When we stopped at the Queen Mary Bridge, he patiently took pictures and videos of us, making sure that we got the shots that we wanted. He was very kind and patient with our 3 kids under the age of 8. The views on the bridge were breathtaking! Definitely a must see if you visit Neuschwanstein Castle. The castle tour was short but vary informative. The interior is amazing. We loved every second of this experience.
