Such a beautiful castle to visit. My only concern was the shuttle bus up. If you get motion sickness, take the walk up. It was a very windy road and the driver was fairly confident in those turns. Other than that, the tour itself was amazing. While you can't take pictures in the castle itself, the balcony offered stunning views which you could take pictures from.
Everything worked perfectly. We were able to pick up the tickets first thing in the morning and still had enough time to look around the area beforehand.
The employee was very friendly and politely pointed out all the important information to us. We spent a dreamlike day in Hohenschwangau.
We picked up the tickets in advance in Füssen and hiked to the castle. This was already sold out days in advance and it was really practical to have had the tickets in hand beforehand without having to worry about whether you would even get any at all. Great service and highly recommended
Read the product before you book and make sure to arrive at pick up point as advised! We got delayed a few minutes due to traffic from Munich, but made it to the castle entrance on time. Communication between our host and us was superbe. I definitely recommend!

Total waste of effort! Heavy traffic delayed arrival to pickup point. Missed pickup time Vendor was absolutely superb at indifference! Best example of “I could care lass” I have ever seen. Highly recommended if you’re looking to get aggravated.
