Everything went very smoothly during our visit to Neuschwanstein Castle. We collected our tickets in Füssen, which was quick and uncomplicated, and received clear instructions for the rest of the day. The organisation was excellent and we knew exactly where to go and what time we needed to be at the castle. We had a fantastic visit and really enjoyed seeing Neuschwanstein in person. Would happily recommend this experience to others visiting the area.
We had a wonderful experience visiting Neuschwanstein Castle. The ticket collection in Füssen was very easy and everything was well organised. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we received clear information about where to go and when to arrive at the castle. Everything went smoothly and we were able to enjoy our visit without any stress. The castle itself was absolutely beautiful and well worth seeing. We would definitely recommend this experience!
It’s a must see. That being said, the tour is quite short (30min) and the tour guides are rather rude. Still, a must see !
This ticket was just a resell of the official tickets with a big mark up. Seems like they might just buy a bunch of the official tickets and then resell them. Book early and avoid these types or predatory tactics. The actual experience with the castle was great.
