Very good experience i have seen lot's of beautiful things and the guide was very nice and humble with us
I had a very good experience during my visit. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional. The waiting time was reasonable, and everything was explained clearly. The facility was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and would recommend it to others

The staff explained clearly how the Vatican ticketing system works and guided us through the entire entry process. We booked a guided tour through them, and everything was very well organized. Our Vatican guide was knowledgeable and professional. He showed us the most important highlights of the Vatican Museums and provided interesting information throughout the tour. After visiting the museums and the Sistine Chapel, he also guided us directly to St. Peter's Basilica, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a well-organized tour with excellent guidance, and we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Vatican for the first time.
It was worth doing the Vatican tour with them. They provide us the excellent extra service with the guide. We didn't book it but they provided us. The meeting point hostel were great in explaining us how to get the tickets and how to experience the tour. It was worth every penny to book our tour in Vatican with them. I highly recommend them.

Getting to skip the line, even though we were a little late, made all the difference. Although the museum was very crowded the variety of art is amazing. Most people skipped the contemporary galleries but I would recommend them, too

I had ordered tickets with Viator. They informed me the day before that the tour was canceled. I had to wait in line on the day to visit the Vatican.
The tour guide and tour was great. He was able to get us through the crowds easily while still telling us very interesting facts. Getting the tickets around the block and down the street took longer than expected, so leave time for that and the security line before you meet the guide. Also I booked three tickets and somehow we were all in separate groups - 1 in English and 2 in Italian. Luckily the ticket booth rearranged us so we could all be in the same group. I’m not how that happened since I booked them at the same time. So I would say double check that. Once we got to the tour group everything was great.
The museum is very well attended. The organization at the entrance was very good. I am very impressed.
If you purchase a Viator voucher for this experience ensure that you clarify what is included and confirmation of time as we arrived for our 3.30 tour. Could not get in until 4.30. Tickets showed the cost as €25 each yet we paid $233 to Viator.
