Wow .., seriously Wow .. if coming to Turkey try and fly to another airport … chaos checking in .. (took 30mins) another 25 through security… you then have to queue like sheep at a kiosk if you want WiFi access.. (bearing in mind most uk providers stopped including in home from home service) and then it’s over £13 a pint or glass of wine … .. Duty Free is also pretty much more expensive than UK supermarket… .. lovely trip to Turkey .. destroyed by a rip off airport

The issues you described regarding check-in, security, WiFi access, and prices within the airport are unfortunately outside of our direct services. We met our driver at the door, he was waiting for me with our name, we had a very comfortable transfer. When we arrived at our hotel in the Torba area, they helped us with our luggage.

Wonderful experience. Driver was prompt to pickup for our scheduled departure. We utilized WhatsApp to text each other the exact location and driver was met with a beautiful clean vehicle. Although language was a barrier we utilized google translate to communicate our needs. Comfy ride and excellent service. Would recommend

Wonderful experience. After providing our arrival time/flight info, We were met by our driver outside of the airport whom had a screen with our name displayed. Driver Anil spoke wonderful English and was able to communicate with us easily. Comfortable air conditioned vehicle took us to our destination (or as close as he could considering downtown bodrum restricts vehicles from entering some streets) Overall a wonderful experience and would book again.

Very punctual, friendly, correct pricing. Easy reservation via the website. Payment had first failed on the site but we received almost immediatly after the confirmation an email with a link for the payment. Easy communication with WhatsApp. I would definitely book again!
