You cancelled my ride without notice and told me to request a refund. When I called your office I was told that there was nothing they could do to help me. I had to hire a lift and they were no as expensive as your company.

We were picked up very quickly. Our driver was very polite. She was in communication with us before we started our trip and made sure we knew she was going to be there to pick us up. It is very comforting to have that when coming to a strange city.Thank you very much.

What experience!!! I was at the airport looking for my driver but they never showed up . I used Viator transportation in many of places but Miami was the worse we stood there for over 30 mins and no driver showed up . I tried to call but couldn’t reach anyone it was hot and humid and I had lots of luggage I had to pay a cab driver . I will always reconsider before I book my shuttle with Viator

Pick up did not occur! We were at the meeting place before the agreed time. Had no detail as to type of car or driver. No contact number provided. Had to take a taxi to our hotel incurring additional costs. Very unhappy and would like a refund,

It was a pleasant experience. Our plane arrived 30 minutes early. I already had a message from the driver and didn't have to wait long even though we were early Javier was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend this service.

Driver was great, but because of phone delay in airport there was a lot of confusion. Would suggest a great at luggage pickup

Driver was great but since Miami Airport won't let them come in anymore there's literally no need to book a driver. Uber, Lyft or Taxi would have been less expensive and no more hassle. Honestly a taxi would have been more convenient. Not the drivers fault, just not an airport I would ever book a car service from again. Zero benefits.

Service provided was outstanding. Anier, our driver, was excellent. He communicated well, regarding our pickup, and was on time.
