Tour operator could not find our tickets eventhough we had the printed voucher and we missed the first bus. Bus driver did not stop at Museo Soumaya on our return so we had to take a taxi back to our hotel.
Booking via agent will cause you problems to issue the final ticket. Took us 1 hour to be good to go
A nice way to get to know the big city of Mexico in short time. Just be mindful and patient on CDMX busy traffic
Terrible service, not recommended at all, they don't deliver what they sell, it is very expensive, the employees are despotic and very rude, nobody takes responsibility for anything, whether you are a national or a foreigner, don't get on it
Don't do it. Employees are careless. Maps, app and actual routes are all different. Driver actually skipped 2 stops listed on the app and wouldn't let us off. Long waits for buses. Take an Uber
I showed them the ticket that I uploaded from your platform. They could not find my information in their system so they denied the service until I paid for another ticket through them. I had to pay twice.
The bus was a great option to learn about the city and move with ease. Loved being on the top of the double decker and seeing everything up close and personal.
Extremely disappointed that i could not go on the tour as i waited for almost an hour at the Metropolitian Cathedral bus stop from 11 to 12 p.m. on 28May and the bus never came. Your confirmation email (no reply) has no email or phone number to contact you. I am surprised that your company is not aware that i did not take the tour and has sent an email for feedback. It was the last day of my trip and my return fight was in the evening. Therefore i request that the amount paid is refunded to.my credit card. Thank you
The tour bus host was not able to find our booking. The eticket did not produce a booking, nor could she find it with the reservation/confirmation number. She let us on anyways, which was kind of her, and she tracked the reservation down about 20 minutes later. We were not able to get the English translation of the tour, because none of the plugs for the earbuds worked. Unless you understand Spanish, it is a waste. The driver drove through several tree branches, which were hazardous and could have caused injury. Fortunately we managed to duck most of the time. The traffic was terrible and the bus stopped for 15 minutes at several hub stops. It could have been great. It was not.
Terrible traffic. Hard to connect with audio. Took too long to get to stops. Very hot upper level and hard to see on lower level.
