Ileana was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend her and the class was fantastic! She is thorough with her explanations and assisted us with other places to try around the city. 5 ✨

Chef José met us on time and took us on an interesting trip around the local market to collect the igrediants before heading back to the private and characterfull residence for the class and meal. José spoke good English, communicated well and helped us understand not just the how but also the why as we made Ceviche, Salsa Martajada, Guacamole, Taco placero and Enchiladas, all so tastly and flavorful. Well worth spending time.
We had a really amazing experience cooking with Jose. He walked us to the market and guided us on what to pick out for the meal we cooked later. He was patient and informative on what we were doing and how we were doing it. His lessons will last my partner and I a lifetime. A really phenomenal experience and can’t wait to take these new skills back home. 10/10

José was wonderful. There were just three of us, which was perfect. The market was a blast and he took the time to show us how to choose the perfect ingredients for all the food and answer our many questions about peppers and mamey! The house we used to cook in was gorgeous. José was patient and had us all working on 5 different dishes! We would highly recommend!

10 out 10 experience cooking with a local chef, using freah ingredients hand Lu Jed by you from local vendors. A must do if you’re a foodie and want a hands on experience.
This was an AWESOME experience. Everything about it was just great. We went to the market to pick up the food which was fun! Making the food was great. Jose made sure everyone was involved and we learned so much! The food was excellent and he made sure at the beginning that there were not food allergies and checked everyone preferences to make sure to adjust the meal as needed. 10/10 would recommend!
Jose was great! The market was close by and the food we made was delicious. I have never tasted Mexican food so good. Highly recommend.
