Excellent experience with a lot of adrenaline but fun, the guides were very attentive and kind. I stayed one day before in the cabins, beautiful, clean, and comfortable; I would have liked to stay longer there since they have grills and nice places to socialize. They arrived half an hour late to the meeting point, but other than that, everything was very good.
Of the whole trip and route they only took 4 photos of us, get lost, better nothing
Excellent work team. Always attentive, everyone.
Good tour. The guide Jaime was very kind and helpful.
It has been a great experience to live this adventure with Gaia Xtreme. Our guides were very professional and were looking out for the group the whole time. Thank you very much for this great tour, I am left with an unforgettable experience and the pleasure of having done the Matacanes route with incredible people. Thank you very much!!
My daughter and I booked this excursion, and it was absolutely worth it! We decided to stay overnight nearby to avoid having to wake up extremely early, and that made the experience much more enjoyable. Our guides were friendly, patient, and made the entire adventure even better. A few tips: Don't wear water shoes—wear water hiking shoes instead. They provide much better grip and support.Bring a small waterproof backpack with water and a few granola bars. You'll be glad you did. This adventure is not for the faint of heart. Being in good physical shape definitely helps, but just as important is going in with the right mindset. If you're prepared for the challenge, you'll have an amazing experience!
We went to Matacanes as a family and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The night before we stayed in the cabins, where we were able to rest very well and they also gave us dinner, which helped us arrive with energy for the next day's adventure. The instructors were a 10: very professional, kind, and always attentive to our safety, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the tour. The tour is very complete: it is approximately 25 kilometers, with more than 20 jumps and 2 rappels of 18 and 21 meters, so it is a very exciting adventure. Just keep in mind that it is important to go prepared psychologically for the jumps, since some are indeed intimidating, and also consider that the hike is long and physically demanding. If you go with that expectation and in good physical condition, you will have an unforgettable experience. Without a doubt we would do it again and we recommend it 100%!
They are very punctual at the meeting point, the breakfast was normal, pancakes, cereal, banana and milk, the guides were super friendly and qualified, I still don't see the photos but it looks like they also had experience taking photos, they are attentive to make sure you are okay at all times. In general a very good experience, the only thing is that their equipment is already too deteriorated, it wouldn't hurt to renew it. Other than that everything was excellent
I went to Matacanes, it is a very fun and somewhat demanding route, the views are incredible and the guides who took us are very professional and fun! I highly recommend it.
I certainly think it is a unique experience that no one should miss, some of my family were afraid of heights but with the security the guides give you that fear goes down and you get encouraged to jump, the water excellent obviously super cold, I had never lived an experience like this, a little tired I would have preferred to go with a little more endurance but that does not take away from how incredible a time I had with my family, the guides all super cool especially dani cantu
