I did this tour in August 2026 and it was great! Our tour guide Miguel was very communicative ahead of the tour and on the day he took us to great sites and provided great suggestions when certain spots were too crowded. Learned a lot about Madeira and saw some amazing places. Would highly recommend!

Miguel was an excellent guy from the moment we booked in. Really enjoy our day and was a great way of seeing the west side of the island without the stress and expense of renting a car and driving the roads.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our Madeira safari and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to discover the island beyond the usual tourist spots. Over approximately six hours, we were driven through charming villages and some truly breathtaking natural scenery. One of the highlights was the exclusive wine tasting experience, which was a fantastic way to get a taste of Madeira’s local culture and traditions. Our driver and guide, Miguel, was excellent. He was energetic, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the island. He was always happy to answer our questions and share interesting information along the way, which made the whole experience feel personal and engaging. We also have to mention the Mitsubishi Pajero! It may have been an older vehicle, but it was more than adequate for the adventure. Powerful, reliable, and clearly built for Madeira’s terrain, it had absolutely no trouble tackling even the steepest and most challenging roads. Overall, we had a fantastic time and felt that the safari gave us a great opportunity to see a different side of Madeira while enjoying the scenery, villages, and local wine. A big thank you to Miguel for making the day so enjoyable and memorable!

Brilliant 4x4 tour with Warriors Adventure! I had researched a lot before booking and so pleased we booked with Miguel, he was incredibly knowledgeable, funny and fantastic with our 5-year-old, keeping her engaged throughout. He was a brilliant driver, confidently navigating the narrow roads while making us feel completely safe. The car was spotlessly clean too. We saw so many amazing sights and got to experience the beautiful island from a completely different perspective. A brilliant trip from start to finish, we have had such a great day, thank you Miguel! Definitely recommend!

Our tour guide Miguel was very friendly and approachable. He gave us in-depth descriptions of the places which we visited during the tour. Miguel gave us adequate time to explore our surroundings for each stop. We really appreciated his knowledge of the picturesque views and his input was useful. Miguel was a great guide, he shared interesting information about the various places we saw and had lots of fun driving through the narrow steep lanes that normal vans wouldn’t fit in.
