O Inti Raymi ou Festival do Sol, realizado anualmente em 24 de junho em Cusco, tem 3 cerimônias. Você tem a opção de sentar-se nas seguintes seções: Laranja (Preferencial), Vermelha (Standard) ou Verde (Econômica) bem como opção de adquirir apenas os ingressos ou também o ônibus turístico para o evento principal. O Inti Raymi tem 3 cerimônias, 2 delas abertas ao público mas o evento principal é reservado para quem tem ingresso reservado. E como todas as ruas de Cusco estão fechadas nesta data, você precisará de transporte da praça principal de Cusco até a fortaleza de Sacsayhuaman, onde acontece a reconstituição do Inti Raymi. Este passeio inclui o transporte, lancheira, ingresso, programa em quíchua e inglês para que você possa acompanhar o que está sendo dito, um DVD de lembrança, além de nosso guia de turismo e equipe acompanharão cada ônibus para auxiliá-lo durante o transporte. .

Perfect seats. But it was difficult to get to the stage. It took us almost 2 hours from Plaza the Armas to the 3rth part on the stage. Maybe it is better to sell this trip only with pick-up!
I paid too much for this show. I already paid top dollar then was told a day before that the transport was not included even though i received email confirming I paid for my transport and lunch. So i had to pay additional $40... NOT impressed! We were transported to the site way too early. The start of the celebration was past 2pm but we were transported there about 11am. The Celebration/show itself was ok and the performers were great. But after watching the Corpus Christi celebrations and the many parade/festivals before the Inti Raymi, the Inti Raymi celebrations itself was an anti-climax. I would have just stayed at the Plaza de Armas to watch the Inti Raymi parade around the plaza.
The street market is great. Speciality is Ponchos of all shapes and sizes. From Ladies high quality to Men's coarse outdoor types. All are good value Lots of local silver jewellry and leather goods. Woven products such as wall hangings are also great value. Make it a day trip from Quito, stop at Cayambe to see the Equator line, view Mt Imbabura and the nearby waterfall. Arrive and lunch at the restaurant Inty Huasi, 4 course meal for $10. Then do the market. Leave by 4pm as the drive back to Quito can get choked with traffic. Look for tours on Viator to do this.
