Not nice staff I wouldn't go there really a dull place
Was a super experience. My 12-year-old son found it very exciting. But all very much enjoyed. We couldn't talk about it. The excitement, the adventure and also a lot of humor. Really nice getaway with teenagers!
It was a great pity that it was exactly the same as three/four years ago. We would have liked Dutch but then we would have had to wait 45 minutes with the chance that we had to be two. We knew all the scary scare moments so we would like something new next time!
We have been to Amsterdam before, but we had never visited a place like this. The basement was creepy, dark, and very cramped, which made the experience even more realistic and exciting. We loved every moment of it! The actors were absolutely amazing and were definitely the highlight of our visit. Their performance made everything feel so real and immersive. If you enjoy thrilling and spooky experiences, this place is a must-visit!

Excellent setup and very exciting dun, with a good scare and detailed information and had fun with my son taking him to such place for the first time was exciting and fun
Nice experience. Actors were very good and we had quite a few scary moments. We were alone in a very large noisy group so the experience was a bit less and I would like to hear more history.

We were made aware of the Amsterdam Dungeon through the I Amsterdam city card and received a 25% discount. What an amazing experience, it was fantastic. The atmosphere and attention to detail was incredible and the actors were so good at playing their roles I hardly dared look at them. I can thoroughly recommend a visit to the dungeon if you happen to be in Amsterdam, you will not be disappointed.
It was educational, funny, and exciting. The actors played fantastic. My sons, aged 12 and 13, loved it too! Fun family outing! Not suitable for people who are very scared .. there was also a family present whose daughter left crying .. The daughter and mother also did not dare to interact with the actors, which did not benefit the experience for the rest of the group.
