Wake up 4h, 3h of coach to be surrounded by hundreds of instagramers who have no respect for the nature around them, and stay 5 minutes up because your guide will hurry you to get back down to make you wait 1 hour down before doing 3h of coach again.

Beautiful hiking spot, otherwise provider to avoid. Substandard vehicle, the head hits the metal bars (thanks there is foam to cushion), no room for legs arm or bag. This excursion with this claimant had to have a guide in the chosen language, false, but we know it only on the spot. Meals included... better have your own, or spend more.

We closed the package for 4 people to Humantay Lake. We pay in cash immediately. The package included: bus, guide, breakfast and lunch, and entrance to the lake. The meeting was scheduled for 5 a.m. We waited 30 minutes and the guide (Ronald) did not show up. We called Enterprise and the agent turned off on our face. The guide arrived at 5:45. And we only left at 6 a.m. Upon arrival at the lake, the ticket value was charged again, even showing the proof of payment. The guide did not want to know, charged us 10 soles each Cover. We paid pq we were afraid not to enter. Arriving at the foot of the mountain, no instrument was given to climb it, unlike other agencies. We did not meet with the guide anywhere on the mountain climbing route. It was scheduled to return to the bus at 14:00, but two people got lost and we only left at 15:30. We only arrived at the restaurant for lunch at 4:30. We complained with the guide again about the ticket, we had already paid twice. The guide said we'd pick up the money the next day at the agency. I told you we'd go early and we couldn't get through the agency to get money. The guide called the agency to confirm if we had actually paid! EVEN SHOWING THE PAYMENT CONFIRMANT. With great insistence that the money was returned. To complete a stone entered between the tires, and just guess? The tire exploded! We had to stop to change the tire. Thirty minutes after changing the tyre what happens? The other tire exploded. Summary of the opera: careless Enterprise, unprepared guide, bus in desired condition and 3 hours longer than expected. I recommend only if you want to test your patience.
