It wasn't worth the money and to dark to see anything
Not worth the money to see an abandoned boat and a face on the side of a building. Expected more.
Big shout out to Captain Z and Lucio! Lucio was so funny and knowledgeable. The tour was basically a little spooky history lesson but on a boat! It was really neat to learn things about Galveston! This was my husband’s & my second ghost tour— we’ve done the cemetery one a month prior. We’ve learned new things each time. My seating recommendation is to sit in the area behind the captain! I feel like that side did get the better views. They did turn around to show the other side but the lighting was better on the captain’s side for sure! Either way you won’t miss out! So much fun!
Lucio is an amazing guide, very knowledgeable, very nice funny person.
Thank you Caprain Z an the tour guide C. Fantastic experience and witty crew! Made my evening!! 🙏❤️

Fun, experience, loved being on the water at night! Guide was informative and had some funny jokes! Some corny( lol) but was a good time!
Such a fun ghost tour! The suggested app made things more interesting. Singing, dancing, singing and dancing together - way fun! We actually saw an orb floating around our guides for about 10 minutes - then it disappeared!
Visiting from out of town and I had never paid any attention to the haunted boat tour. During my visit for a dolphin tour I followed the QR code and booked a haunted tour. A ton of history was told. The fee was fair for the time spent out exploring. Most definitely would recommend! Thank you to Trent for getting us around safely. Thank you to Lucio for being our ghost guide.
I booked the Haunted Harbor Tours – Galveston Ghost Boat for 8:45pm. We were in the area ahead of time and received a text at 8:30pm to move to the kiosk to check in before 8:45. We got there before 8:40. We waited at the check in point, but no one was there. We looked down at the harbor, and there was a boat, but it had something along the lines of party boat on the side. Also, there was no one outside of the boat to talk to - not that we would've since the check in instructions said to meet at the kiosk. We continued to wait until 8:45pm, when a young guy promptly walked up to the kiosk. We told him we were checking in for the tour. He said something along the lines of "hopefully not that one" and pointed at the party boat sailing off. He confirmed that was in fact the boat we needed to be on. We said we had waited here and no one came up to check us in. He asked if we wanted to reschedule, but we declined because we were only in town for that evening. Another young guy came up and talked to us and told us we would have to request a refund through Viator. I do so, and was told by Viator that the merchant declined the refund. I did a charge back and was told that "The merchant did not violate the terms of their return or cancellation policy with the transaction in question." I do not know how you can leave the kiosk unmanned during the check in period and not be held liable for paying customers not being checked in. Anyways, I do not recommend this tour in case the employees are dicking around during the check in window, and you have to pay for it regardless. I'm sure the actual tour was lovely and a lot of fun, but simply not worth $100 to risk not being able to go on the tour.
