This is definitely the best way to experience the salt mine. The organization is professional, from booking and communication all the way to the actual execution. The driver was excellent, and on top of that we got an extra guide through him, who shared plenty of interesting informal details beyond the basics – a guide like that definitely deserves a lunch or dinner on you :) Communication went smoothly throughout, the guides were great, and the explanations were concise and packed with essential information, without unnecessary filler.
Great experience from start to finish. Everything was very well organized and communication was clear and easy. Excellent tour using welcomeinKrakow pre pick up info superb driver Mathius excellent and couldn't have done more. Slight downside Mine tour rushed would have liked another 20/30 minutes promised a 15 minute break in mine which was reduced to 6 on arrival at cafe toilets. This is a mine issue not the operator.

The driver picked us up right from our rental apartment. The driver explained all well in advance. The tour itself was very well organised. There is really a lot of walking inside the mine (ca 3,5 km). Driver also waited us on the exit and toon us to Krakow where we wanted.

Amazing salt mine with many salt statue and large cathedral at bottom. Caution, over 800 steps to the bottom, but well worth it.

Excellent trip. Well organised. The driver Konrad was on time, helpful and very friendly. The tour guide in the mine was called Isabella. She was fantastic, her in depth knowledge of the mines was astonishing plus she had a wicked sense of humour and that made the visit even better. My wife and I loved the tour it was well worthwhile.
