Sua viagem a Auschwitz começará com a busca em um local previamente determinado em Cracóvia, em um hotel ou apartamento ou em nosso ponto de encontro. A viagem de Cracóvia a Auschwitz leva cerca de 1,5 horas. Informações sobre o horário de saída você receberá um dia antes da viagem.
Ao chegar a Auschwitz, você encontrará seu guia. Juntos vocês entrarão no museu e em menos de 2 horas de caminhada ele vai te mostrar um dos lugares mais sombrios da Segunda Guerra Mundial. Durante a sua visita a este local, você verá: o portão "Arbeit mach frei", a última câmara de gás que sobreviveu e muitas exposições com fotos e restos mortais de prisioneiros
Após o intervalo, o motorista o levará ao segundo acampamento, Auschwitz II Birkenau. Você encontrará seu guia novamente em frente ao portão de entrada. Durante a caminhada de mais de uma hora, seu guia mostrará o segundo campo, que foi o maior campo de concentração construído pelos nazistas. Neste campo você verá: "Portão da Morte" com os trilhos que levam ao campo, a rampa de descarga onde os trens com prisioneiros chegavam, as ruínas das câmaras de gás e crematórios, o monumento às vítimas do Holocausto e edifícios onde os prisioneiros vivia.
Depois de concluir o passeio, o motorista o levará ao seu hotel / albergue / apartamento em Cracóvia.

- VISITA: O Museu Auschwitz-Birkenau atrai diariamente numerosos visitantes. Explorar no seu próprio ritmo pode não ser viável devido ao grande volume de visitantes. É essencial manter um comportamento adequado e respeitoso enquanto estiver nos acampamentos. O dress code é smart casual, refletindo a solenidade do local. Atividades como comer, fumar e fazer barulho são estritamente proibidas nas instalações do Museu.
- PICKUP: Alguns hotéis em Cracóvia estão situados em áreas de tráfego restrito. Sua coleta será agendada no ponto acessível mais próximo e você receberá uma notificação.
- SAÍDA: Devido à política do museu, aos limites de capacidade dos edifícios e ao elevado número de visitantes, o horário de retirada pode estar sujeito a alterações. Pedimos a sua compreensão e sugerimos evitar planejar outras atividades no dia, pois o reagendamento pode representar um desafio. Entendemos que nossos clientes desejam explorar nossa cidade o máximo possível e nos esforçamos para avisar com antecedência sobre o horário de retirada. Normalmente, cerca de 3 a 7 dias antes da sua visita, entraremos em contato com todos, permitindo que você planeje seu dia adequadamente.
- DOCUMENTOS: Como é obrigatório no Museu Auschwitz-Birkenau a confirmação dos seus dados pessoais, deverá fornecer os nomes completos de todos os participantes no momento da reserva. Além disso, leve consigo seu passaporte ou documento de identidade, pois ele poderá ser verificado na entrada do museu. Well worth the visit, found it very moving and thought provoking However our driver Adam was continuously on his phone from moment he collected us to The end of trip. There was no information about the activity on route just that it would take 1 hr 20 Mins to get there !

A lot of walking and very fast paced. Someone commented they didn’t even have time to tie their shoe lace

The transport, driver and tour guide were excellent . I was kept well informed in advance of the visit . Just disappointed that we originally booked a 9 am pick up which changed to 5.30 am .

The communication leading up to tour was excellent - we received regular text messages and communication about what to expect, travel to our destination, and we pre-ordered lunch from our driver - all best in class. What we were not expecting was to be "herded" in a very large group with other tourists with differing walking capabilities. The tour guide walked extremely fast and did not check in/wait for the full group. She was also hard to understand in English, and she did not seem to understand the needs of those on her tour, not did she seem to care about our understanding her or our comfort. My recommendations are that guests are offered a slower or faster walking tour group and that native English speakers provide feedback to the tour guide.

The driver picked us up at our hotel, he gave us information during the journey about what to expect and timings for the tour, the guide Anna was excellent, such passion for what she does, the information she passed on to us and the way she told the story was brilliant.
