When we arrived, they did not ask for our reservation or ask us our names. We thought that was very odd. The lady did not give us any information until we asked where we were supposed to go. The boats were very rough and did not seem set up properly to be balanced. As soon as you started paddling we went in circles. The seats were poor at best. One boat had several lights, the other had 2 on it, so we couldn't see any fish or really anything unless it was about 6 inches from the boat, which was just the rocks when we were at shore. We lasted about 30 minutes before we gave up and left.
The young staff here was wxceptional, answered all of our questions, and helped us feel comfortable. Very nice manners and we had a blast!! So much fun and all the kayaks looked so pretty on the water. The young man that helped us was Xavier, he was very helpful and you could tell he loves his job!! Keep up the good work young man, they are lucky to have you!!
Perfect date night, we ended up getting there they had snacks and drinks waiting for us. Walked us through the safety steps of the kayaks (really easy) then sent us out on our adventure, we saw a horseshoe crab and even a couple stingrays! It was amazing! Thanks to Xavier he showed us spots where to go to look for certain things and the best spot to sit and watch the sunset on the kayaks. The whole experience was just amazing will definitely be coming back to see Xavier the next time we are in town!
Awesomeness!! Kids loved it, we got there and everything was ready to go, thanks to Xavier and karmin we found so many hermit crabs and shells! My kids were having a heyday lol. Awesome people and awesome experience. Thank you guys!
First off the experience was amazing, got there and they had snacks and drinks! Lights everywhere and beautiful kayaks. I had rented two of them for a 9pm-10pm but we got there a little early, If I remember correctly Xavier I want to say was so nice ! He sent us out a little bit earlier so we had more time!! Very nice workers and well worth the drive and trip.

We set up the tour thinking that it was going to be a tour, but when we got there, we were given the canoes and not kayaks and said don’t go here or go there or else you could be pulled out to sea and you need to be back by 10 o’clock. So basically we was left there at night to go out and find whatever it is that we were looking for which is why we hiredthem because they offered the tour! I requested a refund the owner tried to argue with me and tell me that it was not a tour and that’s when I sent him a picture of his own sign If the owner gives us a refund, I’ll be back to update the review
Right in the first paragraph it says self guided: Total Duration: 1 hour Experience Panama City Beach in a completely different way on this glowing nighttime paddle adventure. As the sun sets, you’ll head out onto calm bay waters in a clear kayak or paddleboard illuminated with colorful LED lights, creating a magical glow beneath you and lighting up the water below. This is a self-guided tour You also said you'll post negative reviews until we give you a refund and then you'll take them down. We also can't control what you see and can't see unfortunately we can't control the weather or how clear the water is. We also did give you a credit for a future trip.
The guide was very friendly and helpful. The kayaks do not look like the kayaks advertised. There are 2 small round lights on each side of the kayak and they are up so high that they do not help to see anything in the water. My husband and I took our grandchildren and they had fun, but we couldn’t see anything. I would try to book with a different company. This is not at all how it was advertised.
We can't control what you can and can't see in the water as that's completely out of our control. As far as what's advertised we use the same amount of lights in our advertising pictures. I would love to know a company that guarantees seeing water life as it's out of our control.
1 weather event - completely understandable Rescheduled and operator stated that had unforeseen circumstances, Also understandable life happens. Then rescheduled for the third time, two other families waiting with us and no show. No answer to the phone numbers listed. Straight to voicemail.

While the initial cancellation was due to weather and the second was the result of an unexpected personal circumstance, there is no excuse for the lack of communication on the third scheduled trip. Our guests deserve timely updates and reliable service, and we fell short of that expectation. We understand how frustrating it must have been for you and the other families who were waiting, especially after multiple reschedules. Refunds have been processed, and we are reviewing what happened internally to ensure this does not occur again. We appreciate you giving us multiple opportunities, and we're truly sorry that we let you down.
This was misleading. Do not believe the photos. We booked 9:00 and the boats were not lit up yet. The staff said they weren’t given an accurate count of how many people were coming tonight. The lights appeared to be stick on and blinking. We couldn’t imagine what they possibly could light up. The sweet employee was slowly attaching glow sticks to the inside of the boat. Again, it didn’t light up an inch of the boat. We (4) people decided to leave and not take the chance of paddling in the dark for an hour. Waste of money and time.
We were waiting on this review. Glad you had the chance to experience it. Oh wait everything you said you just assumed instead actually experiencing it and left before your time. We welcome you back to actually try it and we won’t even charge you. I’ve never understood someone leaving a negative review for something they didn’t actually get to experience. Do not use this service it is a scam. We were given a location and time to meet at 9:00 pm and no one showed it was a ghost town.
Would love to know which night you are talking about because we’ve had trips every night. Sounds like you went to the wrong location happy to offer you another trip.
