Dia inteiro de caminhada em Munnar (Por Munnar Info)
Descrição
Vamos começar através das plantações de chá por cerca de 90 a 120 minutos, Depois de chegar ao topo da colina, o resto do nosso par de horas de caminhada será na cordilheira que oferece belas vistas ao redor, através de pastagens, um lado será encosta de montanha rochosa e o outro lado será plantações de chá, trechos de floresta de Shola etc…, em um dia claro de céu poderíamos ver o Anaimudi “pico mais alto da Índia” e o reservatório de água da represa de Idukki, listado como as maiores barragens de arco na Ásia e terceira barragem mais alta da Índia. Teremos refrescos com algumas frutas e petiscos, nossa caminhada seremos através do resort Nature Zone Nature onde poderemos ver algumas das especiarias exóticas como Café, Cardamomo, etc…, Depois continuaremos nossa Caminhada até o pico mais alto (2000 mtr) em seguida, voltaremos pela floresta de shola cerca de 10 minutos até a plantação de chá. Terá mais 90 minutos a 120 minutos a pé através das plantações de chá para terminar a caminhada, o ponto mais alto desta caminhada será de cerca de 2000 metros MSL (aprox).

We wanted to visited the Letchmi Estate for a hiking tour and we found this one on the company’s website. Vijay was an incredible guide who explained us a lot of things while hiking also giving us our time to take pictures and stop when we needed to rest. It was a very nice experience which we will always remember!

Moni took us on the very nice walk through the tea fields, mountains and forest. He took good care of us with delicious food along the way, paused after style stretches of walking and told a lot of interesting information about what we encountered and what spices etc grew. I did the full day hike with Mani, he is a super nice guy who knows a lot about the flora and fauna in Munnar. I definitely recommend it

We enjoyed the hike through the tea plantations and the views from the mountains top. Mani was great at guiding us and explaining the nature along the way all different kinds of plants. It was just what we were after!

I had such a wonderful time on the hike. The guide (Sami) knows a lot of cool funfacts about nature and can tell you alot about indian culture and munnar in general. It was a really great day and I would recommend it to anyone

We absolutely loved our trek through the Lakshmi Hills with Raja! The walk itself was beautiful with stunning views of the mountains and tea plantations. Raja was an amazing guide, so friendly and knowledgeable about the area, nature and wildlife. We learnt so much from him and had an all round amazing time!

Forget all other options and go with this one. The best experience and guide - Mani. Incredibly knowledgeable, organised food and water for the trek. Any other options won’t be nearly as good as this. We walked through tea plantations, mountains and the villages of munnar. Mani explained the life of the area with great detail and brought what I was seeing into context. For 1700 rupees this is more than worth it. Also offered pick up and drop off from hotels

We had a fabulous day with Sami doing the full day trek. The scenery is beautiful and Sami was very knowledgeable about shared lots of information, and he was very patient with our endless questions. The snacks and lunch were delicious. My favourite day in India so far.. I would highly recommend.

We loved the full day trek in Munnar. Gorgeous views, moderate hiking (trainers are fine), and we learnt a lot from our knowledgable and professional guide, Mani. Good food provided. Highly recommend!
