Experiência de Speedboat em East Coast Lagoon & Île aux Cerfs

A taxi picked us up to take us to the starting point. The speedboat ride is just great but not much to do on Deer Island. A small accessible beach and the other large is not recommended because many sea urchins. We made the trip by flat bottom boat to see the coral reef (bof). Then the boat and returned to pick us up towards the waterfall with stop towards the monkeys then very good meal on the beach before leaving. The organization was top and all the people we met very friendly.

The experience was great. The kids favorite part was feeding the monkeys and waterfall. The water sports were good, very short so mainly swam around plus there is a place for food, ice cream and drinks. Lunch on the beach was well organized, no waiting. The kids loved the sausages and chicken and were well fed. It’s a far drive if you staying west of the island so make sure the kids can handle that.

This tour was a little unorganized. Pick up was smooth but getting on a boat at the dock was chaos. We had to approach the lead who was assigning boats and he wound up saying we would do the itinerary backwards. This gave us less time at the main beach area and more time at lunch. Finishing with the waterfall and monkeys. I feel this lessened the experience - the waterfall is mucky and there isn't anything to do on the very tiny beach area at lunch. I would have much more enjoyed spending several hours at the main beach area with a bar and chairs to relax on. If possible avoid being told you will go backwards. Otherwise this was a good experience. The water is unreal. So teal and so warm. We enjoyed our time on the main beach and sipping through the Indian Ocean on speedboats! Lunch was also good.

Driver pickup was on time 7h45 at hotel he brings us to trou d'eau Douce where we pickup the speed boat to visit the waterfall barbecue was excellent

After canvassing on the beach of the Shandrani Hotel, we met Marcus who offered us a boat trip. We had planned to visit the big market in Mahebourg on Monday, Marcus had no problem taking us there on his traditional boat. To enhance the ride, he made us discover the whole coast from the hotel to Mahébourg with a stop at Ile des Aigrettes for a snorkelling session, On the way back , we walked along the coral reef. We warmly thank Marcus for his knowledge of the island and its history.

It was an excellent trip and great suporort from the crew emmanuel and ryan. we did all water activities and night 2 hr sun bath…. kids enjoyed …

Was organised by a company called Tino boats. Overall, this activity is avoidable, they leave you at an island for 2 hours with people trying to hard sell activities to do. The lunch was fantastic, although we weren't served dessert. But the planning and communication from the tour providers side was horrible and we wanted a lot of time.

Beautiful experience Hotel sublimates the staff and care Villa with magnificent pool I recommend with eyes closed

Great excursion ☺️ Highly recommended and the weather was just perfect! The hotel pick-up service also worked flawlessly.
