Para começar a manhã, dirigiremos pelas exuberantes e montanhosas paisagens costeiras de Port Douglas, aprendendo sobre a história e a cultura da região, enquanto viajamos em direção à antiga Floresta Tropical Daintree.
Desfrutamos de um excelente almoço gourmet em um restaurante escondido na floresta tropical, com opções de filé, peixe, canguru, frango ou vegetariano, além de outras necessidades dietéticas atendidas. Preparado na hora para você por um chef do melhor restaurante da região. Desfrute de uma experiência bônus de degustação de frutas tropicais em sua refeição principal, aprendendo sobre a história e os usos culinários dessas delícias coloridas e exóticas!
Para nossa tarde espetacular e idílica, caminharemos pelas antigas clareiras da floresta tropical e pelo vale à beira do riacho até uma cachoeira linda e isolada na Área de Patrimônio Mundial de Daintree Wet Tropics, onde podemos nadar nesta piscina rochosa intocada. A caminhada dura 1 hora um pouco desafiadora em cada sentido, exigindo preparo físico razoável e bom equilíbrio. Seguimos em um ritmo tranquilo, compartilhando muitos detalhes fascinantes sobre o ecossistema selvagem da floresta tropical ao longo da trilha... Em seguida, relaxamos e desfrutamos de um mergulho refrescante nesta mágica Rockpool natural, onde podemos nadar logo abaixo das cataratas!

It was an amazing day ! Relaxing drive , tasty lunch with presentation about tropical fruit, and pleasant walk through impressive Daintree Rainforest with interesting stories about animals,trees and plants . Alister was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide for our rainforest walk and waterfall swim. As a local he is deeply connected to the land and people and has great stories to share. A great experience all around and would definitely recommend.

Excellent tour guide Alistair the most informative and chilled guide . . . Lunch was extremely tasty with an informative talk on all the native fruits included. . . Hike lets you experience the nature of the Daintree at its absolute natural best . . . Waterfall is pure heaven with the most cleanest and purest water I’ve ever experienced. . . Double rainbow to finish the tour 🌈 highly recommended

Amazing experience with an awesome, friendly guide. The hike and swim were beautiful and calm, as this is the only tour with access to this waterfall. Lunch at the teahouse was delicious, especially the tropical fruit tasting. Highly recommend!

Overall an enjoyable outing. The highlight of our day was swimming in the very fresh water at the waterfall. Our guide, Alister was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The lunch was satisfactory.

Had a wonderful rain forest experience, including a lunch with local produce and kangaroo/baromondi. Enjoyed a private tour guide, Allister, who shared stories of the local area, and provided a personal experience…joining us for a hike through the forest, and a destination to a private waterfall and swimming hole. Very personal and private, an exclusive location definitely worth the trip. The waterfall was amazing, and the location is very private. My wife and I, and the tour guide. Shared this experience all to ourselves. Highly recommend!!

We had a really nice and relaxed day on this Daintree Jungle tour. Trying unique local fruits was a great experience — first at the teahouse and later freshly picked straight from the trees, which made it feel very authentic. The walk to the waterfall was impressive, and our guide was very friendly and informative without being overwhelming. Overall, a well-organized and enjoyable tour that we would recommend.

Our tour guide Alister was very friendly and informative regarding the Rainforest. We started the tour with an early lunch including a tropical fruit selection. Very prepared, lending us ponchos for the rain! He had a lot of knowledge of the plants and trees. We ended up in the waterfall where we could swim.
