Excursão Subterrânea ao Coliseu

Taniya was a wonderful guide. We did the underground tour of the colosseum as well as the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. It was the best tour we have had, she was so knowledgeable and a great teacher.

Fun tour in the hot Roman sun. Our guide, Carmelo Carrubba, was friendly and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of interesting information and we highly recommend him. It was a very busy day in late June, but going with a tour shortened our wait. The tour started in the forum, but didn't spend too much time there before going into the Colosseum. Inside, Carmelo did a great job of telling us about what it was like 2000 years ago. The underground tour was really a tour of the area that was originally under the floor of the arena, but is now exposed. It was fun to be there and see it close up, but I'd hoped there were more hidden areas we'd be taken to. Still, it was worth it to go. We had access to the forum after our guide finished the tour inside the Colosseum, but it was late afternoon, and we were hot and hungry, so decided to leave. It would have been great if the tickets allowed us re-entry into the forum another time. I recommend this tour if you like to get close and touch the history. It was fascinating to be where the gladiators and animals waited down below. Some of the original flooring is still there.

Andrea was amazing! She knew how to make history come alive and help us view the incredible sights on the tour from a human perspective, making it all the more memorable. Thank you for a great experience!

Really great experience, somewhat easy to find the lady with the tickets. After we did, it was fairly iCE

We went by the meeting point early and the people weren’t there. So we went to have a coffee and i messaged the company through the messenger app. They responded quickly and said they would be there at 1045. There was a nice lady that showed up at 1045, with my name on a piece of paper a d the two tickets for my husband and i. She explained where the entry point for Palantine Hill was and then promptly took us to the entrance to “skip the line” for the coliseum. Highly recommend this company to use for your tour. Quick response. Reasonable price. Easy to work with. Be prepared to be bombarded by other companies outside the colosseum trying to get your business.
