O roteiro inclui visitas aos seguintes locais: Pirâmide do Sol, Pirâmide da Lua, Pirâmide da Serpente Emplumada, Palácio de Quetzalpapalotl, Pátio dos Jaguares e das Conchas Emplumadas, Avenida dos Mortos, Complexos Residenciais, Mirante para fotos, Museu do Sítio e a Cidadela. Após a sua chegada, a visita guiada terá uma duração máxima de 3 horas, mas poderá terminar mais cedo se desejar, uma vez que é personalizada, ou até mesmo solicitar tempo adicional. Couldn’t really fault anything from Start to finish. Great communication and flexibility as my group numbers changed on more than one occasion. Good quality transport, on time at a competitive price. Yordi was friendly and informative. He would normally provide the tour but was unable however the guide he arranged in Ismael was fantastic. Yordi was also amenable in a last minute request to detour and stop at the Basillica. Don’t hesitate to book

We had a wonderful experience booking our tour through TourMate, which included a hot air balloon ride, the Teotihuacan Pyramids, and the Basilica tour. We were especially grateful that Yordi and Ren were able to arrange and book everything for us at the last minute! Our driver and guide, Fermin, was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We learned so much about the pyramids, the history of the Aztec civilization, and the Basilica, which made the experience even more meaningful. A special thanks as well to Nuevo Cielo and our pilot, Mary, for giving us such a memorable and incredible balloon ride. We had an amazing experience from start to finish and would highly recommend TourMate to anyone visiting Mexico City.

We had a great experience with Tourmate and Ernesto as our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable of the pyramids and the history of the region we call Mexico today. He was also a great guy and made us feel like we had VIP treatment. He also provided advice on other aspects of our trip to include helpful advice regarding driving in Mexico. 100% recommend and will use Tourmate and request Ernesto again!

We had a wonderful day touring Teotihuacan and the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe with Yordi. His English is excellent, and he shared just the right amount of history and context to keep everything interesting without overwhelming us with information. The tour was perfectly paced, and he was incredibly friendly and thoughtful throughout the day. Such a nice young man—we highly recommend Yordi if you’re visiting Mexico City!

This tour was really excellent. We had a group of 4 work mates. Our guide was very attentive and flexible to our desires and a good driver. He had plenty of water for us and a nice clean, well appointed car. We had to change our pick-up location and time at the last minute and he was very accomodating. He shared a lot of knowledge you would never get if you just visited the pyramids on your own. It was a great experience overall.

In planning our trip to CDMX I found good reviews on TourMate. I booked 4 tours with them, and they also created a custom trip to add on during our stay. Our group of 4 has been extremely impressed with the service we were treated to. Each guide was very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable about their tour sites. Best of all, in contrast to most other tour companies, TourMate offers private tours with hotel pickup, and very reasonable prices. They are amazingly flexible and accommodating. I don’t think anyone visiting the wonderful city of CDMX could go wrong with TourMate!
