Começamos com o embarque no hotel no início da manhã (confirmado por nós um dia antes) em um carro particular seguimos por 2 horas para a estação de trem de Ollantaytambo, o passeio de trem consiste em vistas espetaculares da bela terra dos Incas, incrível paisagens de montanhas e vales, terraços de cultivo inca em ambos os lados do vale e selva subtropical o rio Vilcanota estará próximo a você até a cidade de Aguas Calientes, viaje no trem 2 horas. Você vai subir de ônibus por 30 minutos para controle de Machupicchu, a visita guiada a Machupicchu leva aprox. 2 horas e meia a 3 horas, Machupicchu a cidade perdida dos Incas, seu suposto construtor é Pachacuteq o 9º Inca deste extenso império, os espanhóis não sabiam da existência de Machupicchu mas apenas as autoridades e os sacerdotes do Tawantinsuyo “As quatro terras do império”, você visitará a organização impecável de seus terraços, escadas, edifícios, pátios e o famoso templo do condor.
O ônibus até a cidade de Aguas Calientes está incluído, onde você terá tempo para almoçar (não incluído). Em seguida, nos dirigimos à estação de trem para embarcar em nosso trem de retorno para a estação de trem de Ollantaytambo ou Poroy.

Está incluído o ônibus de 45 minutos até a cidade de Aguas Calientes, onde você terá tempo para almoçar (não incluído). Em seguida, seguimos para a estação de trem para embarcar em nosso trem de retorno à estação de trem de Ollantaytambo e viajamos no trem por 2 horas. Em seguida, embarcaremos em nosso transporte privado de Ollantaytambo a Cusco por aproximadamente 2 horas.

Julio and Juan made this a fantastic experience from start to finish. Julio visited my hotel the evening before to explain all the logistics, making everything easy and stress-free. He also checked in with me throughout the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. The guide, Juan, was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knew the route inside and out. He shared interesting stories about the history and culture of the area, pointed out the best viewpoints, and was always happy to take photos along the way. He even made sure I was satisfied with the pictures before moving on. Excellent organization, great communication, and outstanding service from the whole team. I highly recommend this tour!
A very well organized tour given the multiple transitions from car to train to bus. The price of $316 per person was more than I preferred and the tour on circuit 1 lasted less than 1.5 hours which is not long considering the time to travel there and back. Guide was very informative.

It was a perfectly orchestrated day. All the connections went out well. We choose loop 1 and a hike to the bridge. It gave us some additional views of different parts of the valley, away from the crowds.. we were not disappointed to only have loop 1, as we will see other Incan sites from the onsite. Our guide was fabulous.

Julio & team were amazing as always. This is the second time I am working with Julio and always been amazed by his professionalism and overall customer experience. We booked our tour with Apu Ausangate in August for January of 2025. The owner Mr. Julio is amazing, his attention to detail, communication from the day we inquired to the day we said goodbye to him in Cusco was over the top. He and his wife were tour guides in the past and have now opened their own business. We started our trip by visiting the sacred valley with the driver Juan Carlos and our guide John. They wanted to make sure we got the best of the day and arranged the itinerary where we were not with many big tour busses and get over-run by people. They ensured we knew what fair pricing was in the markets, so we were not taken advantage off as tourists. We had lunch at this amazing restaurant where we sampled a lot of the traditional Peruvian food. We continued our journey to Agua Calientes by the Expedition train where we said goodbye to Juan Carlos our driver. Our Guide John ensured we got on the train and then when we got off in Agua Calientes he was waiting for us at the train station. It was pretty late; we had met a lady on the train who seemed lost, and we asked John to assist her and without any reservations he helped her find her hotel and walked her to her hotel - great service We were hosted at the Susanna Inn, which is a very clean and beautiful hotel, breakfast was outstanding, staff was courteous and friendly, views of the raging waters were phenomenal from your room as well as the breakfast area. The owner who is an older lady welcomes all of her guests and asks how everything is. Not speaking Spanish I was fortunate that we communicated with Google translate. The following day John came to pick us up for our tour to Machu Pichu. We had requested Julio, owner to book us on circuit 2 however not realizing that it would be hard for my husband to climb the steep hills I asked John to change to circuit 3. John let me know that he had bought (2) trekking sticks for my husband and we will attempt circuit 2 and if he is not able then we shall decide. John was the most patient, kind and understanding guide I have come across. He assisted every step of the way, lent his shoulder for support - Thank you John for your hospitality. On our return it was pouring rain and Mr. Julio, and his wife personally came to pick up and drop us at the hotel. I cannot say how amazed I was as in the USA we are not used to this kind of hospitality unless you are staying or touring with a five-star organization. I have traveled the world, and I can say Apu Ausangate delivered five-star service to us from start to finish. Usually, I do not write reviews however I was compelled to write a review for this company as they delivered far beyond our expectations, created memories that will last a lifetime and Kudos to them. Wishing them all the success in their business and I sincerely hope people give them an opportunity, book with them and they thrive in their business.
