Nosso tour privado de dia inteiro no conforto de nossos veículos de luxo leva você aos monumentos mais importantes de Atenas. Seu motorista irá buscá-lo e levá-lo à sua primeira parada, Lycabettus Hill, oferecendo vistas espetaculares de Atenas. Sua próxima parada é a colina da Acrópole para admirar de perto os famosos templos de Parthenon, Propylaea, Erechteion, Athena Nike e o Odeon of Herodes Atticus. O próximo local é o Morro dos Areios Pagos, e este é o morro onde o Apóstolo Paulo pregou a palavra de Cristo pela primeira vez na Grécia. Seu motorista o levará ao templo de Zeus e ao Arco de Adriano, ao Estádio Panatenaico, ao Parlamento grego e à troca da guarda e à Trilogia de Atenas com as impressionantes colunas dóricas. Você tem a chance de admirar o magnífico panorama da cidade da colina Lycabetus a 745 pés (277 m). Lycabettus fica bem acima de Atenas, proporcionando uma visão clara da bacia da Ática e do Mar Egeu.

Marte ou Colina do Areópago: Ao sair da colina sagrada da Acrópole, você sobe a íngreme rocha de Areios Pagos (há escadas) assim como o apóstolo Paulo fez e pregou a palavra de Cristo pela primeira vez na Grécia. Do alto da rocha, você pode ver a Acrópole e uma vista panorâmica de Atenas.
Continuando nosso passeio em Atenas, você admirará o gigantesco Templo de Zeus Olímpico e o Arco de Adriano. O Templo foi projetado para ser o maior templo da antiguidade.
O Estádio Panatenaico ou Kallimarmaro é o único estádio do mundo construído inteiramente em mármore. O Estádio sediou os primeiros Jogos Olímpicos modernos em 1896 e hoje é usado como o ponto final da Maratona Autêntica de Atenas.
Você verá a impressionante mudança de turno dos guardas tradicionalmente vestidos (evzones) em frente ao parlamento grego e ao Túmulo de Mármore do Soldado Desconhecido.
Do Parlamento Helênico, você visitará a Trilogia de Atenas, a Academia de Atenas, a Universidade e a Biblioteca Nacional, maravilhosos edifícios neoclássicos em uma das ruas atenienses mais populares.
No auge da antiga cultura e poder atenienses (cerca de 500 a.C. até meados dos anos 300 a.C.), a ágora era o centro de todos os aspectos da vida pública. Era o centro da vida econômica e servia como um mercado movimentado. Os edifícios mais importantes são a Stoa de Attalos, uma reconstrução do antigo edifício, concluída em 1956 pela Escola Americana de Estudos Clássicos e o Templo de Hefesto, encomendado por Péricles e concluído em 415 aC.
O Museu da Acrópole foi construído para abrigar todos os artefatos encontrados na rocha e nas encostas circundantes, desde a Idade do Bronze grega até a Grécia romana e bizantina. Mais de 4.250 objetos são exibidos em uma área de 14.000 metros quadrados.

We saw everything on our list, with flexibility to adjust the itinerary based on preference. Petrie provided a lot of history and information between destinations. Having tickets prepaid saved a lot of time waiting in line.
We loved this experience! It was a long day, but the driver was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and offered us water frequently. The car was very nice and spacious. It was very convenient to ride in the car to the main tourist attractions (in the air conditioning) and hear about them and the Greek culture along the way. We added on a tour guide for the Acropolis, which we enjoyed. The driver is unable to go in with you to the attractions, so I would recommend a tour guide if you are interested in the history. I would also recommend looking up the other attractions to see if you are interested in them prior to purchasing the tickets. We purchased a lot of tickets without doing enough research and we were pretty exhausted by the end of the tour. We also enjoyed the lunch spot he recommended. Overall, this was a very memorable experience and I would highly recommend it.

One of the best tours we have been on! Dimitrius took care of and treated us more like his family than a customer. Dimitrius' vast knowledge of history was awesome for my son's, he went into detail on every question and site. We got to see the Pantheon from both a mountain peak and going to the site, we also got to see the Coliseum, Library and Changing of the Guard. Two highlights for my teenage son's was the local restaurant we ate at and seeing where Giannis basketball court. I can't thank Dimitrius enough for such a great day.

Our driver was half hour early just so he would be there on time. He was very friendly and welcoming. We hired a private guide to help us with the tour. That was well worth while. She was very knowledgeable and explained the details that you would not get from a book. Excellent day in Athens

Our driver Dimitris was amazing!!!!! He was so warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make our day special guest with a stop for sweets as well as a little shopping. Our stops were terrific and we loved all of it. The sights were beautiful and the city alone with energy. Dimitris made us feel like we were natives! This is the way one should tour Athens!!!

Our family had a great experience, despite the hot weather, on our tour of Athens for the day. The tour host, Dimitri, made the difference and was outstanding. He offered suggestions and alternatives as to what we could do that day based on our needs. He took us to special places to eat both for brunch and dinner - and arranged an "extra" tour of the Poseidon Temple added to the end of the day at our request. He was also extremely knowledgeable about Athens and Greek history as well as local culture.
