No México, temos uma forte tradição de muralismo que remonta aos anos 30. Hoje, o conceito de muralismo evoluiu. Artistas agora pintam as ruas para embelezar espaços públicos ou dar um novo significado a áreas afetadas pela violência, entre outros temas. No nosso passeio por arte de rua, iremos visitar o centro da cidade, ver muralhas incríveis de artistas de renome mundial e explorar o mundo subterrâneo do grafite criado por artistas locais e internacionais. Vamos aprender a identificar diferentes estilos e técnicas de grafite e obter uma compreensão mais profunda do mundo da arte de rua. Este passeio é perfeito para aqueles que não estão familiarizados com a Cidade do México, pois ajuda você a mergulhar na cultura da cidade através de sua arte.

Depois de se reunir para uma introdução em uma verdadeira jóia escondida no coração da cidade, caminharemos cerca de dez a doze quarteirões em terreno plano, mergulhando você na fascinante história da arte de rua. This was really fun. If you have a couple of hours to see the city in a different light … don’t miss this one. I started to look at the street art in a different way. Our guide was great, he really showed us about the area through a natives eyes. My son and I were so thrilled we did this walking tour.
The tour director is very well organized and great with communication. If you are interested in art, art history, explanation of street art and graffiti, book this tour now! The guide, Estefania, is extremely well educated in art, art history, street art, graffiti and the current trends in the street art scene. She was able to more than answer all of our questions, including questions about the living walls and other things we saw around Mexico City while walking the city. Also, Estefania was especially a pleasure because of her enthusiasm for the subject matter. Great!
