I had a nice experience with my partner, since it is the first time I go to this place and really the agency treated us like at home, and that helped us to better understand the cars, not to mention the guides they are a love, you know every place, so they are from what year to what year because they are called that, everything, I liked it very much, I recommend INKA TRAVEL CUSCO PERU I LOVE
I want to highlight and thank Top Inka Travel agency, as their service was excellent from start to finish, very organized, attentive and always watching the group. Also highlight the guides assisted us along the way and gave us the proper information to the tour. Take 2 tours with them Machupicchu and the Quelccaya Glacier, definitely recommended.
Take the Glacier tour with them, they fulfilled the itinerary and service included. Me and my family had a great time on the tour, the very good restaurants (I recommend trying alpaca meat) our driver Michael very good silk hands and the guide Andre very friendly and helpful. The glacier is a surreal place and besides the landscapes on the way with alpacas, vicuñas and vizcachas. I recommend the tour with Top Inka Travel.
It was horrible and I want to denounce the guide and the driver because I do not believe that it is the standard accepted by getyourguide to leave a girl going wrong and vomiting on the unattended track. The girl was left in the ice and we helped her, because the guide disappeared and then said she should have taken water alone. In addition, the car stumbled around and the guide and the driver were useless. The passengers mobilized themselves to remove the car from the mud. Not enough, we stopped in the middle of the road to wash the car, delaying the return of more than 2 hours. Nevertheless, all passengers who wanted to sleep (some going badly) FROM 3 AM to the end of the ride dealt with the radio in very high volume that the driver refused to lower (claiming it would fall asleep) even with the requests of all passengers, especially those sick and with headaches. The guide was alarmed by the entire interaction. It helped nothing. He dropped off the car without saying anything for a moment and went on a trail leaving us alone on the way to the glacier. There are so many absurd situations that I can't even tell them all, these are the worst. The place is beautiful, but the experience was far from being.
Well, it is worth saying that the place is indeed stunning, the stops on the way were made in typical places with tasty food, guides in these excellent places and in indigenous villages really interesting to be known. That said, I do not continue to emphasize enough how much this tour should be done with another company. Starting with the going route. We were picked up at the right time, i.e. three of the day. The promise is we'd sleep until the coffee. Promise in vain, since the driver left the volume of his cellular radio very high and had the kindness to download only after the fourth complaint. People were getting sick of headaches and nausea—but the driver said that without music, there would be no way to stay awake. On the way the guide had also said that it would help those who had a bad time, imagine my surprise to see a child and an adult leaving on the road vomiting completely alone. And they weren't even from the same family. By the way, at some point of the tour the guide came off the car without warning anyone and was walking-leaving us alone and without explanation. He also interrupted the local guide's explanation at lunchtime to offer shop products-- which was disrespectful. Not enough, on the way we stumbled and neither the guide nor the driver had the presence of spirit to ask for help for the car that passed, making our presence in the mud much longer. For reasons I really miss. By the way, it should be noted that all the ideas that made the car desatolar came precisely from the passengers - curious, right? They still stopped the car in the middle of the road, made all passengers come down in the cold, to clean the van, something that could have been done on arrival in Cusco, but they wanted to do so earlier, delaying our arrival even more. Tip: do not choose this company, this guide and do not bring children under 7 years old, be good parents. But come and enjoy this place, and local restaurant guide.
Incredible experience, the tour guide has a great attitude and was open for the questions and requests we had, even helping a familly with a child that was not feeling well, such a super human!
The best experience I have had so far, we made a stop at a Laguna to take pictures, the tour was done with patience without running to finish quickly, the guide Andre always willing to help us and take pictures, the Van that transports to the places is new and is super safe. Super recommend the tour, where it is something unique and not very tourist to the moment, which makes the experience even better.
An amazing experience. Our guide André was an excellent companion for this adventure. Always attentive to us and seeing that the whole tour was pleasant.
We did the Quelccaya Suyuparina Glacier Tour in Cusco as a family with Top Inka Travel and it was an excellent experience. Everything was well organized, transportation was comfortable and the guide very attentive and professional. We highly recommend Top Inka Travel, especially for family travel.
