While our guide Beatrice was fantastic, we were a walking tour of Toronto instead of a bus tour which we had paid for. This of course meant we saw less of the city and as a few of us were from Toronto, we were already familiar with the downtown area. We would have appreciated being given the option to cancel if there were not enough people
Our tour guide Michael was amazing!! Polite and knowledgeable. I found the tour very accessible for older adults.

The tour bus was comfortable with air conditioning and leg room. Roger, the driver/guide was courteous and knowledgeable of the city's history . Excellent presentation that kept me attentive.

Not a good tourist guide/driver. He was in a rush and did not even mention some of the spots on the itinerary. We most likely passed by them but he didn’t mention the milvish village on the list, hockey hall of fame and Campbell house museum.

Beatrice was a fantastic guide. He knowledge of the area was great. She was friendly. Michael was a great driver. They both made the route perfect! We didn't have a lot of time but they gave us a great foundation!

I just don’t consider a Suburban a bus. We were stuck in the third row seat with small side windows. It was hard getting in and out of the vehicle even with assistance. Our tour guides were great. Pointed out many wonderful sites. I just wish I could have actually seen them.
